A huge shoutout to Sergio for the amazing service this morning around 11:00 AM! We were a group of 9 people and he handled everything flawlessly with a positive attitude. He was incredibly accommodating, attentive and made sure everyone in our group was well taken care of. Despite how busy it can be serving a large table, Sergio made us feel welcome and never missed a beat. His outstanding customer service truly made our visit memorable. Thank you, Sergio! You were fantastic!

We stopped in at the heartland town centre location close to closing after my daughters recital. our server Jayda was amazing, she accommodated us right away and was so kind and welcoming, she was even patient and silly with the kids and made sure to get their food out quickly! The food was also great, and still amazing quality even though they were about to close.
we will definitely be going back!
I love East side Marios but the last few times I've gone, the waiter was slow and often forgot about us. We gave them a try again today and what a difference! We got Kevin as our waiter and he was fast, attentive and accurate while still being friendly and personable. The food was delicious, fresh and hot. Will go again but I'll be sure to ask for Kevin from now on!

East Side Mario’s always delivers when it comes to bang for your buck but the food at this location in particular is always really good. We visited June 12th, a Friday afternoon, and the service was both quick and kind. Our waiter, Kevin, was friendly and very good at anticipating our needs! I could tell he’s very attentive & has mastered his flow as he always checked in at the perfect time & consistently anticipated the requests we’d have each time!
The servers are so beautiful sweet and kind, they all look after you not just your own server which I thought was lovely.
The food could be better I do feel like it’s a “fast food” of restaurants and not the best at that.
Now the managers need to be studied and I wonder how they became managers. I ask multiple times to have the table cleaned because there was ants and I seen the manger come out,inspect and wipe but he did nothing to get rid of the bug then they sat other people there who too complained. I asked to speak to the manger about my food and I seen him but it’s like he refused to come speak with me. I’m seriously considering not going back because of that alone. A manager should represent the good of the team not the bad.
