  Honestly, some of the best customer service I’ve received! After shopping around for the best phone deal, Jojo got me an amazing value-for-money offer. Jojo and Sagar were both super helpful and made the whole process so easy. Highly recommend! 🙌⭐️

  I wish all best buy staff were as attentive and helpful as Sumin! We bought a phone and a plan from the store last sunday and he was graceful and patient enough to assist us all throughout the process. He even helped my dad afterwards with his phone that he bought from a different best buy branch! Such a nice and great guy :)

  Disappointing customer service. We came in inquiring about products, with genuine questions, but the worker named Aishwarya spoke to us as if we were bothering her. These are basic customer service skills. We ended buying two products regardless of horrible experience please train staff better.

  I recently bought a fitbit air from Best buy mobile in Square 1. The staff were very knowledge and patient with me. Everything was explained in detail. One staff member Binafsha was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to make sure I understood everything. I am pleased with my product, and would recommend this best buy mobile to any one, because of the knowledge of the staff, and the patient and polite service I received.Thank you to all, especially Binafsha.

  The customer service was very careless and rude. We were given incorrect directions for exchanging our device, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. The staff were unhelpful and did not handle the situation professionally. This was a very disappointing experience.
