  The store didn't have much when it came to sale items but I had a really great experience with Deep. He was so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Loved the customer service I received unprompted.

  I would give negative rating and feedback to this shittiest store and their service. I bought the phone from here last year and got that tempered glass protection and now, when I went there to get my guard fixed because its broken they said that they dont have guard in stock it will come on Thursday and now i went again they said the same thing that they dont have guard in stock. so my question is if they dont have basic tempered glass whats the point of paying extra if they dont provide basic service. dont fall for their deals its a scam. Moreover Lady who was working on that desk dont know how to talk to a customer. Instead of providing any resolution she said that its not our fault if we dont have any glass. she was so rude .

  The customer service was acceptable, and the staff were courteous. However, I found that they were not very knowledgeable about the technical details of some products, which made it harder to get detailed advice. Overall, an average experience.

  I was greeted immediately which should be a good thing, but it came across as more of a blocking me from going in at all. The associate was adamant they didnt have what I was looking for ( a weird sized sheet protector) and referred me back to Staples (she was unaware I started my search there) It just felt very rushed and like they dont want customers to actually come in and look around. I don't believe that was her intent but it kind of took some of the joy out of looking around incase I find something else I need, it felt like once she said they dont have it I didnt have a reason to remain there. (Mainly because I was less then a foot inside the sliding doors) Anyway, maybe I had hoped she'd check the inventory or something to be sure what I needed wasnt there. The exchange was rude, just felt rushed and like I wasnt welcomed since she already pointed out they dont carry what I need.
