    stolen I phone 13 pro On Friday June 5th my phone was stolen from a gas station in Mississauga. I locked the phone immediately with apples find my iPhone and filed a police report the next day. It is very hard to get I phones back (almost 10% of people get their original phone back) In the end, my family and I, after consulting with bell decided to come to the Apple Store. This was on June 8th, we were met with a girl asking us if we needed assistance and I told her my situation she brought me over to the new I phone section and said a specialist will be right with you. That’s when we met Matt, he was attentive, apologetic to my situation and was very knowledgeable in what he did and it was evident. I purchased a new phone and he was able to put me right back on my new plan. As well, helped me erase all the data from my old phone and even gave me some tips about my new I phone 17 pro. I have since gotten most of my things back on my new phone and I have peace of mind knowing that nothing is available on my old one. Thank you Matt.

    Horrible experience. I was there to pick up my iphone 17 pro max that I ordered a day before and there was a 15 minute window to pick up my phone. The staff was not helpful at all. And the when I showed my unhappiness, the manager showed up like a bully or a union boss. Did not try or said a single word to resolve or make the situation better. Instead made me more upset. I am 62 years old CPA and work as a senior internal Auditor. And i can bet you she was not there to manage but to bylly ot act like a bouncer. Honestly she should not be a manager at all. She should not be there in tje store. She seemed distressed, and miserable. Unfit to be a manager at all. Finally I decide to cancel the order and cancelled the purchase. Not going back to Apple. No one should go to This Store. I am willing to provide my order number date and time to senior management if they care to review the camera footage. But not hopeful.

    Had a great experience in the store yesterday. Nicola helped me and my mom out with purchasing a new iPhone. He helped set up the phone for her, transfer the data and the SIM card from her old phone, AND helped set up/sync the new phone to her Apple watch. He was very friendly and helpful and showed my mom some of the features of the new phone and the watch.

    I was disappointed with my daughter's recent MacBook repair experience. After water damage, she brought her laptop to Apple under AppleCare+ coverage. She was told parts would be ordered, but it was never explained that the repair timeline would not begin until the computer was formally submitted. After a week with no update, I called twice and was disconnected both times. This was especially frustrating because my daughter needed her laptop for a summer course. Thankfully, Rohan stepped in when I visited the store in person. He was professional, helpful, and took care of the issue right away. Thank you, Rohan, for providing the excellent customer service we had been hoping for.

    If you want to buy something, the people here are great. If you want to fix something, they were great until they weren’t and basically told my husband to buy the part out of pocket instead even though initially they said it’s covered and we did not have to buy Apple Care. (It was a new phone!!) Incompetence. One week wait for the part. 2 hour-wait for the repair. 1.5hrs of more waiting and not given a solution in the end as they ended up saying they will not fix it for free despite 3 people told us the repair was covered under the warranty we have. GO TO A DIFFERENT STORE. The supervisor named Solsa or something was so rude and did not give a care in the world about the wasted time and unhelpful service.
