We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant, and Sophia made our visit even better. She was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our meal. She checked on us regularly, made sure everything was perfect, and always had a warm smile. Thank you, Sophia, for your outstanding hospitality. We will definitely be back! 😊
Disappointed to say the least. Dropped in for dinner on way out West and we're seated fairly promptly.
Went downhill quickly from there.
Service was exceptionally slow and although 2 servers had visited to the table, it was taking a while to get service.
Server seemed exasperated which isn't a good look for being in front of customer's.
Sample meal was disappointing for $28.
Soups and salad were not timely and restaurant was not even that busy.
Compared to my first ESM visit in Windsor, which was awesome, this was a massive let down.
The food was delicious. The service was great. However, today there was a really strong smell coming from the restaurant that really ruined my appetite. I’m not sure where it was coming from— maybe the floor wasn’t mopped correctly? If it was in my hands I would’ve left, but instead my family and I decided to sit outside which was way better. Even though we couldn’t get the smell out of our noses, we still decided to enjoy our meal.
This was my first time at this East Side Mario's location and a long time since I've eaten at a East Side Mario's. The staff was cheerful when we walked in and our waitress was so nice. She gave us some suggestions of what she liked and my wife loved to meal she ordered based on her suggestions. We ordered a Caesar salad and garden salad to start and it was exactly what I remembered. It was a great meal and I will go back to this location.

I used to love East Side Mario's
(The heartland location) We moved to Milton and now visit that location. They had a big group event and they were very loud thdt made it impossible for my husband and I to have a conversation. But my issue was the food. We both order the sampler and the pasta was undercooked and barely any sause on it that tasted very peculiar not like we had before, the cheesez on it wasn't even melted, you could see that itcaas just grated over and the chicken wasn't warm enough to melted. The Ceasar salad was mostly croutons with very little sause. Never tasted thd lasagna as I could see it was made with the tiny meatballs they used in the wedding soup. We were very disappointed with yhd shole dinning experience. The only good thing was the service we got from the waiter who was very attentive and courteous.
