  We had such a wonderful experience at East Side Mario’s! Chloe was our waitress, and she was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly kind, generous, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit. Her great attitude and thoughtful service really made our experience special. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers, and she’s a wonderful asset to the team. Thank you, Chloe, for making our visit so enjoyable!

  I just wanted to give a huge shout-out to an outstanding waitress at the Milton location named Abby! Not only did Abby provide our table with exceptional service, professionalism, and attention to detail, but I also had the opportunity to witness how gracefully she handled a rather difficult guest at the table next to us. Unfortunately, this guest seemed determined to find something to complain about. First, it was the soup, then the salad because it had no croutons, followed by complaints about why all three people couldn’t participate in the all-you-can-eat option while only paying for one meal. To top it all off, at the end of the meal, they complained about the bill and questioned why they should have to pay for the salad, even though it had been replaced with a chef salad that they enjoyed! Throughout it all, Abby remained calm, professional, patient, and courteous. It was impressive to watch her handle the situation with such grace while continuing to provide excellent service. **Abby, you deserve recognition for the way you represent your restaurant!** It takes a special kind of person to maintain a positive attitude and deliver great service, even when faced with unreasonable demands. Sometimes, people forget that servers are there to do their jobs and deserve the same respect and courtesy they give their customers. Abby certainly went above and beyond, and I hope management recognizes what a valuable employee they have. Thank you, Abby, for making our dining experience such a positive one! Keep up the fantastic work! 👏

  Arrived at 2pm on a Saturday. Place was starting the empty after lunch. The teenaged server/host wasn’t sure if he could arrange a table for 9. Then he just stood there, looking dumbly at us. We suggested he go check with his manager, which he agreed to do. 5 mins later he came back, not having checked with anyone and still clueless as to what to do. We asked to be put on the waitlist for a table. He strongly advise us not to, because even if we got seated, he warned that the food would take at least 30 to 40 mins to be served. This was 2pm, after the lunch rush. What a joke of a business!

  We love going to this branch, as it's always friendly, wholesome, and the food is always delicious. We get the veal parmigiana and it comes with pasta that you can customize, all-you-can-eat salad & soup (we get a garden salad and the Italian wedding soups with parmigiana cheese shavings & lemon wedges - yummm!).... And tonight we tried the violet lemonade, sweet and tart, refreshing and perfect pairing with the fried veal and pasta. Oh, and before the meals even come, you get a nice fresh loaf of bread with butter to enjoy, a warm welcome appetizer. Now, a special mention to our server tonight, Chloe, you were lovely, calm, remembered all our customizations, served us with grace, kindness, and professionalism. Thank you very much! We look forward to coming again 😊 And to the staff who celebrated the couple of teens tonight for their birthdays, all the families that were there tonight looked happy and comfortable, so we thank you for your friendly service and hardwork 😊 you make the restaurant atmosphere homey and nice. We definitely recommend this branch. ❤️

  We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Chloe, and she was AMAZING! ⭐️ The restaurant was extremely busy—honestly, I’ve never seen East Side Mario’s that packed—and somehow Chloe didn’t miss a beat. We had a table of 8 with plenty of requests, and she kept up with everything effortlessly while still making us feel completely taken care of. Our food came out hot, fresh and delicious, and Chloe was constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed or forgotten. We come to East Side Mario’s often, but usually at the Cambridge location since that’s where we live. I have to say, this was hands down the BEST service we’ve ever had at an East Side Mario’s. Chloe is an absolute asset to the restaurant. Her professionalism, attentiveness and ability to handle such a busy night with a smile really stood out. She deserves to be recognized for the incredible job she did! ❤️ And to top all of this off - it was my moms bday and she ensured my mom had a birthday song and ice cream which made her feel so happy. Thank you, Chloe, for making our dinner such a great experience!
