  This Best Buy location offers a solid, streamlined retail experience. The storefront is immaculate, well-lit, and the stock levels on major peripherals and components are consistently updated. While the dedicated floor staff are occasionally stretched thin across sections when the mall gets packed, they are universally knowledgeable once you flag someone down. A polished brick-and-mortar option that beats waiting for shipping.

  No one cares to be present at the checkout and a guy at the customer service dept. didn’t even care to come by and ask whilst we wait.

  Went in looking for a couple screen protectors and phone cases. Walked around for a bit trying to find what we needed. There was at least 10 employees behind the phone desk talking to each other or on their phones. Couldn’t find everything we needed so we put some stuff back and left. Didn’t have a single employee offer help

  This store is larger than other locations. Wide selection and better products than other retailers. The return policy for defective items is generous just like other Best Buy’s. As usual the staff are friendly and have great training, judging by behavior.

  I went to return my phone after the contract ended and Roshani was so helpful with us and actually helped me get a great phone plan and was very friendly- will definitely come back :))
