  Walked in, no one came up to me, found three A.G. standing around asked one of them for help getting a keyboard for an iPad. After that the well oiled Apple Machine kicked in and everything was smooth as butter as they wanted the 3 clams for their keyboard and kickstand.

  Went to the Apple Store in Markville mall to replace a battery in my iPhone. As soon as I entered i was greeted by an Apple associate, she checked me in for my appointment and directed to seat at a table. Within minutes an Apple associate named Di came to meet me and reviewed appointment. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, he listened to my concerns with my phone and reviews options I could choose to address these issues. He was never pushy and he didn’t try to sell me on any unnecessary products or service. A very honest person which is very reassuring nowadays. I elected to proceed with the battery replacement. He ran through some diagnostics on my phone, made sure I backed up my data to the iCloud and explained how the process worked. He told me to come back within 1.5 hours and it would all be done. When I returned back, as promised my battery replacement was completed and my phone was ready. The checkout quick and easy. Overall, my experience was amazing, the interaction with the Apple Store Reps was very pleasant and completed on-time as promised. Best of all, my phone is working back like new again for a minimal cost of $120 and I didn’t need to spend $1200 - $1700 on a new phone. I highly recommend the Apple Markville store. 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  We had a wonderful experience at the Apple Store in Markville Mall today. Dalsa was incredibly helpful and kind. She spent more than an hour helping my mom and me and went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved. She was patient, professional, and made the whole experience stress-free. If I could give her more than five stars, I would! Thank you, Dalsa, for your outstanding customer service.
