  Whats the point of allowing bookings for Genius Bar for 4:20PM if I cannot swap my battery because it won't be done by 6:00PM because there is a queue?

  I paid to get the battery replaced on my 14 pro. The replacement took about 2 hours, however when I got home I noticed the corner of the screen was separating from the phone. Even though it was inconvenient to have to come back, all the staff who helped me were apologetic and took my issue seriously. I was told my display needed to be replaced and it was done for free in an hour. Just hope they can be more careful next time and hopefully i don’t have any more issues with the phone.

  the guy with the puffy low taper who looks clean tried not to laugh when I called my mom because I forgot her card pin. INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!!

  Disappointing customer service at the Markville Apple Store. Yesterday, Markville staff had no issue checking inventory and confirming the phone we wanted was in stock. Today, however, customer service refused to verify availability before we made the drive from Bowmanville. We were told checking stock could create a “bad customer experience” if the phone sold out before we arrived. After being placed on hold, another employee came on the line and repeated the same explanation. Ironically, their attempt to avoid creating a bad customer experience created one. For comparison, other Apple Stores we contacted were happy to check inventory, suggest alternative locations, and offer delivery options.

  Mark the associate helping me transfer my phone and completing the trade in was extremely helpful and knowledgeable He was very patient with my hour long backup before we could start the transfer and made sure I was ready and walked me through everything He was also very patient with everyone else he was helping as well Top notch customer service
