We were served by Taylor F and it was an absolute treat. We were beginning to lose hope in the Eastside Mario's franchise, especially as of late due to service and limitations on foods we never experienced before. Taylor brought it all back. She definitely deserves a raise.

I had my grandsons with me, they are pre teens and teenagers. We weren’t greeted, just sat. Our server had such a strong accent we couldn’t communicate with her very well. My oldest grandson ordered chicken fettuccini and it came burned black around the edges and tasted burned as well. We reordered and it came burned as well. Probably old grease as the flavour was awful. We were addressed by the manager who charged us $17 for the side order of fettuccini which we paid just to get out of there. We like to go out for dinner often as a family of 5 but we will never visit this restaurant again. Terrible all around experience.
We decided on ESM for our son's birthday. Was the right choice. Nice place, kitchen was pumping out the meals quickly and efficiently. Our server, Quinn, was excellent. ESM is a tough server job, as the all you can eat aspects just keep being requested. Quinn stayed on top of our needs, and we were never left wanting. The gang came out and sang the customary birthday song and gave him a piece of birthday cake as well as his kids meal treat. ESM is one of our favorite restaurants, and tonight they delivered again. Thanks ESM! Thanks Quinn!
Food was ok, my son and I both ordered hero sandwiches, fries were oil logged and gross, guess that's why we only got a pinch each. Waitress was very rude, I haven't been side eyed like that since high-school. She was nice to everyone around us, but the 2 total times she "served" us was short and curt. I left a 15% tip in hopes someone there would buy some fly strips or something because my lord WAY to many flies in there. At least my son (10) got to see first hand why restaurants like this are simply a waste of time and money, so I guess it wasn't a total loss.
