  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. A special shout-out to Jacinta, our server, who was incredible! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed…Her warm personality and excellent service made the experience even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for amazing food and exceptional service! 😊

  Erin was a lovely server. Very bubbly had a great smile 😊 seemed very eager and outgoing to want to be at work with her costumers. She came around a few times to ask how everything was and also asked how my day had been: With a positive attitude like hers it. Makes my experience much more enjoyable at east side Mario’s! Than you again Erin well done 👍 🌸

  A large group of us meet at East Side Mario's Argyle. The service was poor and the food was mediocre. With our group we had one server for the first half of our visit. The guy was clearly overwhelmed and struggled to get our drinks. Getting a refill was an effort. The Ceasar Salad had Ranch Dressing. The bacon was black powder. It looked like crumbled Oreo cookies and had a strong burnt taste. The bread arrived after the salads were almost finished and we had 2 loafs for 18 people. More bread arrived as we had eaten half of our meal. 4 more loafs. My Bacon Carbanai was almost raw bacon. I had to send it back. I used to enjoy Eastside. I will never go back and don't recommend anyone step foot in the door.

  The service was good and our waiter handled the situation quickly, but unfortunately I had a pretty concerning experience with my salad. While eating, I felt something hard in my mouth and managed to get it out. It appeared to be a small piece of glass from the dish. Shortly afterward, I found another small piece in my mouth as well. I flagged our waiter down and he immediately took the salad away, apologized, and brought me another bowl. I’m a pretty easygoing person and understand that accidents can happen, so I wasn’t looking for our meals to be comped or expecting anything excessive. That said, I was surprised that nothing else was offered or that a manager didn’t come over to speak with us. The only resolution was simply another bowl of the all-you-can-eat salad. After getting home, one of my teeth felt a little jagged. When I checked it, I realized that a small piece of my tooth appears to have chipped, so I’ll now need to make a dentist appointment to have it checked. I appreciated that our waiter reacted quickly, and this review isn’t meant as a criticism of his service. However, finding multiple pieces of glass in food is a serious safety issue, and given the circumstances, I expected a little more follow-up from the restaurant.

  Food was gross. Ordered one of the specials and it looks nothing like the photo or did it taste like I thought the description sounded. Very small portion for a large price. Service came once then again towards the end and then took a very long time for a time to recognize to bring the bills. It was like everyone had gone home for the night. One tall young girl was working really hard to run around to all tables to collect dirty dishes and keep the rest of the place clean. I’m signing off eating at East Side Mario’s ever again. The bad is consistently consistent at any one of them you go to but this topped it for me tonight.
