  Ashley is hands down the best server ever! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. She went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable, and her positive attitude really stood out. The service was fast, professional, and welcoming, making our visit truly top tier.   We have been going to this location every other week with our family. The service has always been extremely personable and swift. The manager really runs a tight ship and it does not go unnoticed

  The whole experience was amazing, and Ashley, our server, was the cherry on top! She was super witty and funny, and quick to ask for refills or substitutions! I really loved that she would joke with us! She was also quick to get us boxes and check us out! All around super efficient, super friendly, amazing server! The food was also delicious!!! The Wednesday Special can’t be beat! Despite being a big table, it couldn’t have been more seamless. Food service was super quick! Also the cute little robot server was awesome to see, didn’t know we had those!

  Im going to sound like my grandpa hete. When we started visiting East Side Mario's it was literally half the price and twice the food and the atmosphere was part of the experience. I suppose everything changes. The services was pretty good, our waitress had alot of tables,

  Yesterday we held a Celebration of Life, with the help of the manager Ocean. She was so much help prearranging all the details with us. Very helpful, friendly and professional. The waiter assigned to us was Derek. He was amazing, how he ever remembered everyone and their drink orders I will never know. He too was very professional and super friendly. He made everything run smoothly. If you have an event for 25 to 30 people and would like a private area this is definitely the place for you. Thank you very much Ocean , Derek and all the staff are East Side Mario's, Fanshawe, London
