  Lauren made it an amazing meal. Tons of fun! She is excellent. Not everything went right but she filled in the gaps for us, making it tons of fun! Great meal! She was a deeelight! Hahha

  Had a great time here tonight!! The food and service were amazing! Raya the manager was very friendly and professional, and when there was a small confusion, she took care of it no problem. Will definitely be back soon!

  Bella did a fabulous job looking after us. Food came out hot and plentiful! She had the robot come around and sing happy birthday to our son. She was super quick and attentive without being intrusive! This East Side Mario’s has become our go to even though it’s a 40 minute drive for us!

  Ashley B was my server! She was amazing! She is happy and friendly and professional! She made sure to make me feel welcome as a customer. All servers should be like her! The chicken parmesan was delicious and the Calamari Diavalo was sooo good too. Really fantastic service and experience!

  July 20,2026 I came in from out of town and stopped here. Im so glad I did. Ashley B was my server she was aging! Courteous and she was knowledgeable and so welcoming. Wow! That is what all employees should be like - like Ashley! She seems like a genuinely very nice person! ESM won the lottery with having a server like Ashley! I will come again!! The food was delicious roo
