  today i walked into best buy with a frown on my face, as soon as i stepped foot into the building i was greeted by 2 very nice , professional, handsome workers named will and daniel. They helped me out with my online order very professionally and were very kind. I will DEFINITELY be coming back!!

  Randomly popped in Nevada I was sick am tired of my phone running out of power. Will was awesome, got me the right kind of portable battery bank, and then while I was checking out, found a much better phone plan than the one I currently have with Lucky. 5⭐️ for sure.

  Went into Best Buy Express in Argyle looking for a gaming headset and honestly had no clue what I should get. William helped me out right away and made the whole thing super easy. He asked what games I play, what I was looking for, and what my budget was, then showed me a few options without trying to push the most expensive one. What stood out was that he actually took the time to explain the differences between them in a way that made sense. You could tell he knew his stuff, but he wasn't talking over my head or trying to sell me something I didn't need. I ended up getting a headset I'm really happy with and probably would've picked the wrong one if he hadn't helped. It's rare to get customer service that good these days. William was friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right product. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had in a retail store. Best Buy is lucky to have him :)
