WARNING!!! Please do not get your iPhone fixed from here. They tried to replace my iPhone 13 Pro battery and the technician in Genius Bar slipped the screw and made the iPhone unrepairable. Now I cannot get my battery replaced as I cannot open my iPhone. I personally think they did it on purpose as selling a new iPhone is much more profitable than to fix an old one.
If I could give them a 0 star review that would be much more accurate.
This Apple Store has me going through a 3 days hell waste of time. First off, I came in Tuesday jun 9 afternoon asking for a screen repair of my expensive iPhone 17 because I have the expensive insurance. They make me sit for about 40 minutes to get a technician and when he finally came he tried to dizz me for not having iCloud because I was doing my backup on google fotos, and proceeded to run diagnostics for 5 minutes and tell me they could not repair that day and that I had to come tomorrow. I just came in today, the day after, Wednesday jun 10 in the afternoon at about 4 pm. They made me wait again just to receive my phone to repair it because they already ran the diagnostics. After waiting all afternoon for them to finish the repair at almost 9 when the mall closes, a girl tells me that they need my id to give my phone back but nobody told me that. I offer to show my id on my phone and the girl tells me she can ask the manager, she walks to the manager and the managers answers the girl with a sarcastic tone that she can handle it, walks to me and just says that I have to come back tomorrow and that they open at 10 in the least customer service way and most I don't care about your problems way. I tried explaining that I work overnights and I need to get an uber to work and she did not even answer anything about that and just walked away from me and went to hide in another table instead of facing me and telling me they messed up. How is a manager behaving this way? what does this say about apple and who they hire? people spend a lot of money on this and the stores should be held to the same standards. I have been a loyal customer for years I bought the new phone and the insurance and I get treated like this. I left because I know the store had to close soon but I am leaving this message in deep disappointment. I had to go home without my phone after waiting hours at the mall for it, when I could have even gone back home for my id. Employees messed up and the manager is completely unprofessional. The customer service in this store was so bad it makes me wonder if I should keep being an apple customer because I do not feel valued at all. Now I have to come back to the mall tomorrow, I work full time at night this is ruining my schedule.

Zero customer service. Waited 20 minutes for help
Left went across the street was in and out with purchase in less than 10 minutes
Apple Store appears more like a social store than a we want to seek store.

Had the worst experience at the store. As we entered the store, there was literally nobody available to check in. When we approached the staff and asked about what we were looking for, we were told that an expert will be sent right away to help and that was it. We waited there for 10-15mins and there were a couple of staff standing idle. Nobody came in to address our need. One of the worst customer experience ever experienced at a Apple store. Would never visit again or recommend to anyone
This is the most I've ever spent on any kind of technology.
I waited over a half hour in-store for my online order, I was made to call customer service from my own phone because they didn't like that I don't take selfies on demand.
I still can not make an apple account.
I can not even access the apps or services without an account.
When I've tried to contact customer support it doesn't even give an estimate it just spins and says tech support is coming indefinitely.
Trying to find an alternate customer service contact has been hidden in a labyrinth of AI.
The beats I purchased with my laptop started malfunctioning 2 months after purchase, to the point I'm using $20 wired headphones instead.
I was never given a receipt and have no apple account so they are being complete jerks every single step of the way.
Not only is this the worst purchase of my life I paid more for these headphones than all the other headphones I've had in my life, and dollar store headphones lasted longer.
Every single aspect of this has been by far the worst purchase choice of my life, you would think I was the one getting paid here.
