  Scammers. Had to contact my bank to force a stop payment and block the merchant ID because their manager in-store refused to cancel the protection plan for a purchase. It was within the 30 days. Do not ever agree to a protection plan from best buy, it is a total scam and they will refuse to cancel it for any reason, leading to nuclear options like blocking BestBuy’s Merchant Id from any future payments. What they are doing is also illegal. I will be filing legal complaints regarding your slamming and deceptive sales practice

  I purchased a Google Pixel 8 Pro 512gb for $452 through Best Buy Marketplace. The phone is now more than double the price!! The order was marked as shipped with tracking provided, but the carrier never received the package and tracking never progressed. After weeks of delays and follow-ups, I was told the order would not be fulfilled and offered a Best Buy gift card as the resolution. There was no clear explanation for the failure to deliver, and the process involved significant delay and poor transparency.

  I went there for an issue I was having w my phone and the gentleman at the entrance said we dont fix that, so he kindly told me of a store that could help me just across the street. I was so thankful for him and took his advise seriously. That store fixed my phone within minutes. I'll go back to Best buy in a second, I'm very satisfied with their service and knowledge of products!

  Pathetic service. Don't know their own systems. All responsibilities are with the customer. Pays money, call, follow up, wait in line physically and online. Their job is just to take the money.

  Bought a Sony sound bar and returned it within Best Buy’s own 30-day return policy after not liking the sound quality. During the return, the employee argued that I only had 7 days and then suggested I should buy something else from the store instead. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Funny how the attitude changes completely once they already have your money.
