  Despite the busyness inside the restuarant. Amelia made sitting on the patio a wonderful experience. She was punctual and attentive and always made sure we had what we need. I ordered the calzone and it arrived in a timely manner, and heated perfectly! Thanks for the wonderful service amelia and cudos to the chef!

  Had a WONDERFUL dinner tonight, food was generously portioned, our soups were served piping hot and were tasty, the Linguine Chicken Amatriciana was excellent (especially with ample onions added as requested), the meal was particularly enjoyable due to the EXCEPTIONAL service our waitress Kallie provided with her pleasant, genuine, and jovial personality, surpassed only by her attention to detail. Well done East Side!

  Had a great experience with my wife while stopping at East Side Mario’s in Kingston for lunch. Allie was our server and helped make everything perfect. She was very out-going in making sure we had everything we needed, very polite and quite funny. She really seemed to enjoy her job. (I’ve had some servers at other restaurants that could learn from her.) Food was great. We’ll be back for sure.

  Normally I would give a 5 star but today I would give a 3 star. We went in early at 4:30 p.m., not busy at all. We were sat near the half booth next to the bar (fast and curteous). We sat there for almost 10 minutes without being greated by any server, no plate, no drinks, no cutlery. 5 minutes after we arrived, a couple was sat next to us. They were immediately given plates, cutlery, and their drink order was taken. Still nothing for us. 2 minutes later, they get their drinks. We still have not even seen our server yet. We waited several more minutes, then left. We went across the street to Boston Pizza where we were sat and greeted with our server within 1 minute. We received our drinks within another 2 minutes. Note again, East Side Mario's was NOT busy, lots of staff was walking around. Boston Pizza had twice the number of customers inside. Very disappointed today.

  We had a great experience at East Side Mario’s! Our server, April, was absolutely awesome. She was friendly, attentive, and always one step ahead of us. Drinks and refills showed up before we even had to ask, and she made sure everything we needed was taken care of throughout the meal. The food was great, but April’s service really made the visit stand out. 10/10 experience — we’ll definitely be back! Thanks, April! 😊
