  Brittany was the sweetest and kindest server ever! So caring! I had eaten an extremely hot pepper with my pasta and could t eat it anymore, the staff- Brittany got me fresh new pasta and gave me milk to drink! I felt much better. Honestly we got an amazing service and she was the best! Thank you , beautiful 😍

  I had such a wonderful experience at East Side Mario's, all thanks to Britt! Her hospitality was outstanding, and she really made our meal special. She's doing a fantastic job, and her friendly service definitely made our visit memorable. Highly recommend!

  Jade taleah and Stella Jade was absolutely amazing at taking my order and definitely will become something special one day in this Work atmosphere and Stella was a very kind and generous person to me and Talia was the same as well with me and my three friends were very happy with this experience, come here and then being our server and table sitter Gina Was a very good trainer and will train Jade to become an amazing server one day

  Our severe Gina was training a new staff. She introduced herself as well as the trainee. Gina was very friendly and came back to the table several times to see if we needed anything or refills on drinks. She brought refills on bread and salads, soups very quickly.

  Take out family meal. Haven’t order ESM in awhile. Now I remember why. Ordered the family pasta meal for take out. Fettuccine Alfredo, spaghetti and meatballs. Tasteless. The fettuccine tasted like cardboard in a flour and water paste. Better spaghetti out of a can. 3 croutons for the salad. I don’t normally leave reviews but that meal was east side garbage.
