We stayed one night. Hallways were dirty, never vacuumed. We entered the room there was a strong man colon smell. Everything was dirty. I had a beach towel that I put over the pillow and the bead to lay on. There were only 4 towels in the bathroom. The breakfast was horrible, very little choice, scrambled eggs like Styrofoam, one choice of bagles, two cereal, everything dirty and masty. The hotel seems renovated, visible was poor craftsmanship and cheap materials.
DO NOT RECOMMEND
Kincardine is great place doesn't deserve this reputation

Our stay was unfortunately not a great experience overall. Several issues—particularly cleanliness—were difficult to overlook.
The kitchenette was a great feature, and the room itself was comfortable. Cleanliness, particularly in the bathroom, was the biggest issue for us. The toilet had visible buildup behind the seat and on the inside of the lid (disgusting!), and there was grime underneath the sink faucet. I ended up cleaning the toilet myself with Lysol wipes we took from the hotels gym. In a hotel, a thoroughly cleaned bathroom should be a basic expectation.
I also wiped down the outside of the microwave because it looked cloudy and streaked, almost as though it had been wiped with a dirty cloth. It honestly grossed me out, so I cleaned it myself. There were also two well-used, dried, dirty-looking sponges left beside the kitchen sink. We mentioned this to the front desk, and they said there shouldn’t even have been sponges there, suggesting they may have been left by a previous guest. They provided clean dish cloths and towels, which we appreciated, but obviously, it did make us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned and checked between guests.
The “free Wi-Fi” was another frustration. It was unsecured, we repeatedly had to reconnect our phones, and it couldn't handle our Fire Stick without constantly freezing. We eventually used our phone hotspots instead.
There were also a few small drawbacks during our stay. Both lamps in our room flickered every minute or two, which got pretty annoying after a while, and the complimentary breakfast was a bit of a letdown. The eggs had an off texture and taste (I couldn couldn’t eat them), and the home fries were cold and dry. On the bright side, the DIY waffle station was a nice touch! But by morning two, we skipped the hotel spread altogether and just grabbed Tim Hortons across the street. Honestly, maybe our expectations were just a little too high for standard hotel breakfast.😂
Cleanliness is a fundamental part of the hotel experience, and the issues we encountered made it difficult to feel confident in the overall standard of housekeeping. Not a completely awful stay, but certainly not one we'd be eager to repeat.

The service here is really gone downhill.
We booked two rooms. Check in was at 4pm one room was provided at 4.45pm and the second was provided closer to 6pm with not so much as an apology. However, on the last day they were quick to inform us about the checkout time at 11am despite the late check in.
Rooms were barely cleaned at the start or daily. I actually had to sweep our own room a couple times.
Staff on the floor were friendly and provided fresh towels and toiletries when required.
In general, the included breakfast always had items that were not replenished and if replenished were barely replenished - waffles, juice, sausage/bacon and muffins were over on at least two of the 4 days.
Airconditioning was extremely noisy and the bed was uncomfortable and left us with a backache.
They had a whole lot of flyers for collecting BW rewards and signing up for sweepstakes and giftcards offer. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to sign up when I called the help line the new rule that the came up with, was that the offer was not available through third party bookings. It would have made sense to include this as a footnote the numerous flyers around the hotel. It appears that this was just a ploy to collect and likely use personal contact information for marketing purposes, free of charge.
We have been to this hotel at least 5 times now but are unlikely to book here going forward.
Very disappointing!
Our room was soooo dirty, there was hair and dirt on every area of the bathroom floor, toilet, and tub. The sink had a big crack, and so did the tub. There was no Kleenex, which isn’t a huge deal, except if you truly cleaned, you’d have noticed that! The head board over the bed had an inch of dust on top as well as the window and picture frames. There was no carpet, so the floors too were filthy. Actually had dirty footprints. The fridge fell out of the wooden box it was supposed to sit in, the tv glitched every couple of minutes, and the view out the window was of the roof, which we mentioned and were told”it’s that or the other roof”. When eating breakfast, there were 2 front desk people loudly arguing, that was uncomfortable. The coffee was cold so we went to the lobby to get one from the keurig there, but couldn’t find and coffee pods. We looked everywhere in the cabinets while 2 front desk staff stood there and said nothing. We asked and she said no only in the breakfast room. Like you couldn’t have said that while we searched for 5 minutes? We stay at best westerns often, but this was the worst experience, won’t return to this location. There was a lot of noise both nights, walls are paper thin.
We stayed here for one night on a recent trip and we enjoyed our stay. We had a King jacuzzi suite with a balcony. The room was huge and had a separate bedroom area and living room area. The bedroom had a King bed, jacuzzi tub, wash table with a mirror, tv and a separate bathroom with bidet and stand up shower. The shower had lots of water pressure and the jacuzzi worked well. The bed was comfortable but the pillows not so much, luckily we had our own. The living area had a full size refrigerator, microwave, induction hot plate, some cupboards and cooking utensils. Also a large desk, couch, love seat and small dining table. We didn't use the balcony but was a nice touch. The included breakfast had bacon, scrambled eggs, home fries, bread, bagels, cereals etc. and we thought it was good. Check in and out was speedy and everyone friendly. Parking was included and it is about a 4 minute drive to downtown.
