  Super rude employees dont know anything about devices had to resort to Google to understand basic questions. Someone is just hiring their friends obviously they stride themselves with their phones conversations and groups rather then helping customers what a sham!

  Went here to buy headphones with my boyfriend, was asked several times if we needed help. Then we got followed by some employee, we went across the store and he followed us around. When we looked at him he pretended to be on his phone. Maybe it was our joy and flamboyant nature that made them profile us but it was pretty disrespectful. Wanted to get the 60$ audio technicas but after that experience I'll just go to Canadian Computers. All this during pride month is the icing on the cake! Gotta love being profiled 😌

  Stopped by Best Buy Kanata on Sunday, May 31. I had a few questions about a product and found it surprisingly difficult to find anyone available to help. When I finally found some associates, they were standing around chatting and looking at their phones instead of helping customers. I understand everyone has downtime, but it was frustrating having to find someone for assistance and then feeling like helping customers wasn't a priority. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and wasn't what I expected.
