  Had a great experience at East Side Mario's! Unfortunately my meal came out late, but Rachel provided excellent service throughout and Clark, the manager, went above and beyond to make things right. They generously offered 50% off my meal and a complimentary dessert. The customer service was outstanding and I really appreciated how well they handled the situation. I'll definitely be back!

  Came here with my sister in law for lunch and cocktails! We were seated in the bar area, with Amanda as our server. Amanda was excellent! She served us quickly with a high level of efficiency, ensured that we had everything that we needed and did so with a smile on her face, and making us laugh with a funny comment here and there! We will definitely return to be served by Amanda again, thank you so much for an enjoyable meal and making our experience one to remember!

  ​Five stars for Amanda! She was our server this afternoon and she truly made the afternoon special. Her charismatic personality brightened up the table, and she was so attentive without ever being intrusive. You can really tell she strives to ensure every guest has a top-tier experience.   Came in with the hubby the other day for dinner and it was absolutely packed which was a good sign, the food was all quick salads, app and entrees were delicious, we ordered the spin dip and it did not disappoint! Our server was absolutely fantastic, I watched her get like 5 tables in 5 minutes and she didn’t even break a sweat hats off to Amanda best service I’ve had in I don’t know how long, very funny young lady as well we will be coming back! Thank you eat side marios!

  We had such a great experience here, and Adelle was our server. The food was amazing, and it was a great atmosphere for my the two young children. Our server was very friendly and easy to talk to, answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed, and checked in on us the perfect amount of times. She was especially great with our little one who had a lot of energy, which honestly made the whole meal so much more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back, and we’d love to have Adelle as our server again.
