  Macey was so accommodating, helpful, kind and extra sweet with my 2 year old! We came from out of town to this location as the location near us was horrible. HIGHLY recommend and would love to see macey again as our waitress!!

  I have had Lasagna many times. And most have been very good to amazing. But East Side Mario has to be the worst I have ever had. Noodles and lots of cheese. But those tiny meatballs are the worse thing I have ever tasted in my life. Might have made a different if the meatballs were good. Will not be eating there in the future.

  Shoutout to Liam at Eastside Mario’s…he served our family and had us laughing the whole time! His sense of humour is a bit off-script and might not be for everyone, but it totally worked for us and made the meal way more fun. Great service on top of it. Ask for Liam if you want a few laughs with your dinner! And as always the food was amazing 😁

  The food was great, as usual, and they have amazing specials but today our waitress truly made our experience extra special. She was incredibly kind, attentive, patient, and genuinely wonderful with our nephew who was very dosed on sugar lol. She took her time with him and made him feel so comfortable which meant so much to us. 🩷 You don’t come across this level of genuine kindness and customer service very often. You can tell she truly cares about the people she is serving, and East Side Mario’s is very lucky to have her. Thank you, Megan, for making our experience such a great one. We will absolutely be back! ❤️

  Tip: Don’t ever pick up/take out food without opening every single container to make sure your order contains everything you’ve paid for. Specifically I ordered the crispy chicken bacon rose, paid online, and ran in to get it at my scheduled time while my baby is screaming in the car (with my husband) so I don’t have time to open every single item and QA. Then starving, I get home (20 min away) and only then do I see that my ~$25 item is missing its main component. Called the location and am told I have to call back again tomorrow morning in order to speak to someone who’s able to “make it right for me”. I swear to god this is my thirteenth reason.
