  Ay bada boom bada bing! 🤌 East Side Mario's is a Canadian staple. AYCE soup, salad and garlic homeloafs? How can you go wrong?! We had exceptional service from our waitress Nina who was attentive and accommodating from the very start! Thank you. 🙂

  Honestly One of my favorite restaurants it has great deal on certain days of the week and all the dish I've tried which is majority were great, though I will note it is quite loud depending on when you go but the staff are excellent and very accommodating, I personally recommend the chicken Parmigiano and funnel cake or the 50$ for two on Thursdays deal. P.s birthdays cost an extra fee and all you get is one "free" item on your next visit and a mini dessert on the birthday Kinda not worth it in my opinion but I'll let it slide because the staff are great and recommended the free appetizer as thats the best deal with the free item card.

  East Side Mario’s in Hamilton delivered a very enjoyable dining experience. The service was excellent from start to finish—the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. While this isn’t a fine dining restaurant or a fancy establishment, it’s the kind of place where you can enjoy generous portions of delicious food and leave feeling completely satisfied. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because the cleanliness of our table could have been better. The edges of the table felt a little sticky, and the seats had some crayon marks along with small bits of dried cheese and food residue that appeared to have been missed during cleaning. With a little more attention to detail in keeping the dining area spotless, this location would easily earn a five-star rating. Overall, it’s a great place for casual dining with excellent customer service, hearty meals, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying meal in Hamilton.

  We had an amazing experience at East Side Mario's! Our server, Ruby, was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her positive attitude and outstanding customer service made our meal even more enjoyable. It's rare to receive service this exceptional, and Ruby truly deserves recognition. Thank you for making our visit such a great experience—we'll definitely be back!

  My family came in on Wednesday for my birthday dinner. Our server was Ruby. I have to say, hands down one of the most awsome servers I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Not only did she take care of our whole family, she went above and beyond with taking gentle care with my dad. He wasn't feeling much like eating but with some gentle prodding she convinced him to try the potato soup. In no time he ate it all! It really meant alot to all of us. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great and all in all I give the experience a 10/10! Ruby gets an 11/10..lol! Thanks so much fir a great birthday!
