  The food was terrible at the wedding I attended from the appetizer to the dessert. They also removed all the water from our tables at 10:30. Would not recommend this place ever!

  I recently attended my niece’s wedding at the hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel itself was very nice, and my room was perfect and very comfortable. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with the food served at the wedding. The beef medallion was extremely tough—I could not cut it with my knife and was unable to eat it properly. It was disappointing not to be able to enjoy my main course. That said, the best part of the evening was definitely the service. The servers were very kind, respectful, and attentive throughout the wedding. Their professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out and helped make the evening enjoyable. Overall, I had a nice experience, but I hope the food quality, particularly the main course, can be improved in the future.

  My daughter recently had her wedding here. The venue itself is great, the service by the waiters was great and Terry the sales manager was great to deal with but that's where it stops. We had a coordinator named Natalia and although she was friendly she tried to control how we wanted the day to go. Never have I ever had a coordinator try my patience like this one. Our hotel experience was great no complaints but our wedding experience was ruined because the food we ordered was beef medallions but what we were served was a chunk of beef not cut into medallions even though at the food tasting thats what was presented to us and confirmed. The beef was hard to cut and all guests that were served this dish left unhappy. We also ordered salmon, I got the smallest piece. Everyone that was served the salmon plate laughed at the size of it. They were definitely not the size they promised. When brought to their attention they made excuses about the food and their standards. They were not willing to compensate. We were not happy with the wedding day and definitely regret doing the wedding at this venue. I don't recommend this venue as they say yes to everything when booking but the actual reality is very different. Its all about the money and not customer satisfaction. It's too bad cause the hotel was great. The long list of issues we had take too long to mention but suffice it to say we regret it and the price we paid was not worth it. My daughter can't get this day back and unfortunately she will have to accept it. Do your homework before booking here and ask alot of questions. Get it in writing. Its unfortunate our experience will sour our memory of what could have been an amazing day.

  My husband and I had our wedding here and had a great experience. They were incredibly flexible with our requests, and considering how competitive their price was for 120+ people we couldn’t be happier with the quality of the food, venue and staff. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to book their wedding.

  We had such an amazing experience with C Hotel by Carmen’s for our wedding reception! From the very beginning of the planning process to the day of our celebration, we felt incredibly supported and well taken care of by the entire team. The wedding coordinator, sales team, and the team who assisted us with booking our guest rooms were all exceptional. Everyone was so friendly, professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We really appreciated the variety of options and packages available to us, as well as the affordable rates and flexibility throughout the planning process. We always felt like we had someone available to answer our questions and help us make the best decisions for our celebration. On the day of our wedding reception, the service was just as incredible. The maître d’ was absolutely amazing and did such a wonderful job ensuring that everything ran smoothly and that we were well taken care of throughout the day. The entire staff was attentive, professional, warm, and accommodating. They made us and our guests feel so welcomed and truly helped make our celebration special. It was such a relief to be able to enjoy our wedding day knowing that we were in the hands of a team that genuinely cared about our experience. From the planning, to the accommodations, to the service on the day itself, C Hotel by Carmen’s exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend C Hotel by Carmen’s to anyone looking to plan a wedding, reception, or special event. The professionalism, hospitality, flexibility, and care we experienced from the entire team were truly outstanding.
