  Hotel is good and clean! The receptionist kethuja was super understanding and helpful, made my stay amazing and I really appreciate her.

  I had my wedding there. The planning and coordination and ceremony was wonderful. But cannot say the same for my reception. The wait staff did not pay attention to the allergies that I had indicated on the seating chart I provide and also on the name tags. My aunt does not eat beef and they served her meat sauce pasta. My bridesmaid is dairy intolerant and the staff servers here cheese in her pasta course and also the cheese cake as her dessert. My cousin's girlfriend is allergic to chicken, she had beef and still got a mild allergic reaction that evening. I know my bridesmaid communicated her dairy intolerant to the server before service yet they have her dairy. I don't understand the point of stating the allergies to the staff before if they cannot follow it. I don't know if my other guest that had allergies and what they were served. Good thing none of my guest is severely allergic to a particular item, If there was there could be major problems that night. When passing the food during cocktail hour, the server did not know what they were passing. It was a vegetarian dish but they told my guest it was meatball. So a few of my friends that was vegetarian did not have anything to eat during the cocktail hour. I don't get how the wait staff can be so incompetent. The entree of beef I would recommend no one get it as it was so tough that even with a steak knife it was hard to cut. Most of my guest that had that did not enjoy it. Lastly my aunt mentioned afterwards that 1 of the wait staff looked miserable. I understand people have bad days, but no one want to have a server like that at their wedding. Again store disappointed with the reception serving and food that was at my wedding. A day which was suppose to be wonderful and joy, so to have my family and best friend tell me those after the wedding was very upsetting to me.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My recent stay at C Hotel by Carmen’s was exceptional, and the incredible staff made the experience even more memorable. From the moment I arrived, Nick at the front desk was welcoming, professional and genuinely committed to making sure everything was taken care of. His friendly personality, attention to detail and willingness to help made an immediate impression. Nick represents hospitality at its best. I was also at the venue as the wedding DJ for Clifton and Sophia’s celebration, and I can’t say enough about Sara and the entire event team. Their communication, organisation and teamwork kept everything running smoothly from start to finish. They treated the couple, their guests and every wedding professional with care and respect. After more than 40 years as a wedding and event DJ, I’ve worked at countless venues with many hospitality teams. This was easily one of the best experiences I’ve had. Sara and her team created an environment where everyone could do their job well while still enjoying the celebration. Thank you to Nick, Sara and the entire C Hotel by Carmen’s team for the outstanding hospitality. I’d gladly stay here again and would be happy to return as a wedding professional. Highly recommended!
