  I was in earlier today around the afternoon, I kindly asked the employee if I can be cashed out because he was ignoring me, after my purchase has been made, he proceeded to toss my receipt rudely.

  Wasted a good chunk of my day thanks to Best Buy Express. I called ahead and asked about a specific phone. A guy named Numan (or something close to that) answered. I explained twice that I was looking to upgrade my existing Rogers line and asked if they had the phone in stock. He said yes, told me to come in, and said to ask for him. So I drive to the store, only to be told they don’t do Rogers upgrades at that location. 🤦‍♂️ I asked which Best Buy location could do it. He tells me the Stone Church location has the phone in stock for Rogers. Great! Off I go. I get there… only to find out that not a single Best Buy within 50 km has the phone in stock for Rogers. At this point, I’m pretty sure the phone was less “in stock” and more “existing in his imagination.” Honestly, it felt like the whole point was just to get me into the store and try to switch me to Bell. No thanks. I’ll stick with Rogers so i still can have decent 5g speeds with good cell reception. I get better service at Tim Hortons. At least there, when they say they have coffee, there’s actually coffee. Huge waste of time. If you’re calling ahead to confirm stock and availability, make sure the information you’re given is actually correct before making someone drive from anothet city and deal with these bad Hamilton drivers and awful potholes.

  My mother and I had a wonderful experience shopping for a new 50 inch 4k smart tv for my apartment with Numan and Sahil. They were both very helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. They also brought my tv to my car and helped me get the best deal possible. Truly excellent service, I would highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Numan and/or Sahil. I nominate Numan as employee of the month! Thank you for all your help and kindness. A pleasant experience all around.
