  I had an amazing experience at Best Buy thanks to the outstanding service from Department Lead Max and the entire team. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Max went above and beyond to assist not only me but everyone around him, showing true professionalism and exceptional customer care. The whole team worked together to create a welcoming and positive shopping experience. It was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Thank you to Max and the entire Best Buy team for the amazing service!

  I went to buy a new Laptop & Logan helped me at the stone Church location. He was amazing! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly & Polite. I was so impressed with this young man that I wanted to do a review.

  I recently purchase a phone from Best Buy and was more than sastified with my service. Their employee Shreya who worked with me to get the best deal was very patient and pleasant. Thank you Shreya you get 100% for customer service.

  I was standing looking at the very limited spec details listed on the fitness trackers trying to choose the best product, with 100% intention of making a purchase today, when an associate with another customer came and essentially nudged me out of the way. I did interrupted to ask if he could unlock the case so I could get more product details and he told me to Google it and turned his back to me. I walked past at least 10 associates standing around the exit chatting to each other and not a single one acknowledged me, let alone offered to help me. I've been loyal to this bestbuy for years, making all of my tech purchases here, but I won't come back. This isn't the first time I've come in to look at fitness trackers and left empty handed, but it will be the last.

  “I had a very disappointing experience at this Best Buy. I was told my tablet purchase and two laptop data transfers would be ready Friday night, which was important because I needed the tablet for work. After three separate trips (Fri/Sat/Sun), nothing was completed. The store manager, Ahmad, was dismissive and showed no accountability for the repeated misinformation. This caused lost income and wasted time. I expected better communication and professionalism from a major retailer.”
