- YYYvonne1 day ago5.0I had such an outstanding experience at Best Buy today that I had to write this amazing team a review! Seth, Mohamed and Kayley went out of their way to promptly help me with a range of services (laptops, mobile, iWatch, etc.) and saved me so much time and confusion by streamlining the process by taking care of many steps for me and connecting me directly with team members that could answer my questions. They took my privacy concerns seriously and safely and securely removed my data and showed me additional safety features. They took the time to learn my name and provide detailed information on product options, which helped me make an informed decision (and I actually really love my new Pixel phone!) and more importantly, made me feel seen, cared for, and respected. No gimmicks, no laziness, just pure dedication, value and customer service. They work as an amazing team, supporting each other and making this a kind and fun environment to be in. They're really creating a sense of community in a neighbourhood that can feel isolating. The leadership is definitely doing something right here! I'm looking forward to going back to get my laptop from these guys! Keep up the great work :)
