  Bought a laptop online. Paid in full and says they can't send me an invoice until it ships. We'll that does not help me as I need to submit the invoice today to get reimbursed by my job. Never had issues with anyone ever buying on line and getting an invoice showing paid in full before it's shipped. Some times it takes a week for stuff to get shipped when buying online

  Best Buy has really lost its service quality. I was sold an air fryer that was already opened and taped back together. The salesperson admitted he had taped it and assured me it was completely fine. Only when I received a warranty replacement from Ninja did I realize the original product was exactly one year old stock. The first air fryer I bought from Bestbuy stopped working after just two months. Very disappointing experience and poor quality control. I expected much better from Best Buy.

  Im kinda crushed to be putting a bad review. This location used to be awesome. It now takes 5 people to do anything and ill be honest the location has a distinct and unpleasant odor. I had to step outside to get some fresh air.

  Went to buy an item at this location that says on the website it was in stock, about 3-4 items. Waited and waited. They couldn't find it. They advised to order online and pickup in-store. I wanted to support brick and mortar local but ordering online and going back to store, I'd just order it on Amazon and have it delivered. I try to support local but when it's a hassle going to store then what's the point.

  Would like to give a huge shout out to Brandon at the Rymal location in Hamilton. We purchased a new TV and soundbar. Did research before going into the store to be informed and not walk in there blindly. Had two TV and soundbar in mind and Brandon helped us finalize our decision. He was very informative and knowledgeable. We are definitely not disappointed with our purchase “S90H” Thank you so much, Brandon for all your assistance on 10/05/2026.
