  Came in for lunch and even though it was quite busy, the service was excellent and the food was amazing! The potato bacon soup was absolutely delicious. Our meals came out hot and fresh, and the staff were super friendly and attentive throughout. Great atmosphere and overall experience. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks, East Side Mario’s Guelph ! Love the new look!

  I had such a great experience at East Side Mario’s in Guelph! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made the whole visit enjoyable from start to finish. Our food came out hot, fresh, and delicious—especially the unlimited salad and garlic bread! The restaurant was clean and perfect for a fun, casual meal. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great service and great food! For the price, no restaurant around can beat it! Also, the renovation looks amazing! Very cozy and comfortable! This is my go-to restaurant!

  Sadly, the Guelph location East Side Mario’s does not live up to what it once was 😢😢. We use to enjoy a delicious pizza loaded with toppings and shared a large Caesar salad . Very different this time —pizza was scarce of toppings with a dry and over baked crust, the salad was VERY small . We found out later after the meal and after sharing our observation , that it is an all you can eat salad. However, that was not mentioned anywhere on the menu (that we noticed) or communicated to us when we ordered. As we suspected , it is under new ownership😢😢. Missing the great quality, the last owners provided.

  My husband and I go to this location every weekend. Our favorite server is Sarah B. She is amazing. She knows what we want, we never have to tell her, she remembers everything. She is attentive, fun, and honestly I have had her serves us when she is standing on her head serving many tables and you honestly wouldn't know how busy she is, she always makes you feel like you are her only guests. We love chatting with the majority of the staff regularly while there. They really are a great staff, they help one another without complaining. Always a wonderful dinner experience.

  I visited East Side Mario’s on Monday night with mine 2 sons on August 3, and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The host, Audrey, came across as rude and unfriendly, which made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. The food was not the best and thought it was going to be better with the new renovations. I hope management looks into this and works on providing better customer service in the future.
