  Having 2 young kids; Tuesdays are a great day to eat at East Side's because Kids Eat Free. We had a great experience from beginning to end. Our server Amy was awesome. She was very patient and playful with our kids during dinner. She checked on us periodically throughout making sure us and the kids had everything we needed for a great experience. Amy was awesome! When we go back, I hope we have Amy again as our server

  My son and I visited this location for lunch during his PD Day. I love how close to Stone Road Mall it is (literally across the street). The service was really great and friendly. It was pretty busy in there but we got served our lunch quite quickly. I haven't been to an East Side Mario's in a really long time. I have to say they have the BEST drinks to offer kids! Such fun and interesting drinks for them. My son ordered pasta with butter, and I had the veal sandwich. We both enjoyed our meals. I also love that they do have Gluten "Friendly" options. So I will definitely visit again withn my family.

  Izzy made our whole experience at East Side Mario’s! From the moment we sat down, the service was attentive, friendly, and genuinely warm. Izzy checked in at just the right times without being overbearing, kept our drinks topped up, and made great recommendations when we couldn’t decide what to order. You could tell they actually care about making sure guests have a great time — not just going through the motions. It’s rare to find someone who brings that kind of energy and personality to their work. We’ll definitely be coming back, and we’ll be asking for Izzy by name. Thanks for a fantastic meal and an even better experience!

  I came in yesterday for lunch with some friends and honestly this was the best experience I have ever had in any restaurant From the moment I walked in was greeted by the host and I think she was also the manager( Victoria) was her name and she was very welcoming I was seated right away while I waited for my friends and our server Bianca came over within a matter of minutes and asked me if I would be interested in a drink while in waited, which I of course did …I ordered the lemoncello freshca which was very refreshing! Throughout our meal ,Bianca was very on top of her service with bread,soup and salad refills!!! And to top things off, the General Manager by the name of Lijo checked in to make sure we were being taken care of which was a very nice touch!!! Thank you to this East Side Mario’s team for making our visit one we will never forget!!!

  Our server Bianca was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel so welcome. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our dining experience enjoyable from start to finish. Bianca provided excellent recommendations for both food and drinks, and every suggestion was a hit! (The Raspberry Sangria was incredible 😋🍷❤️ ) She was knowledgeable about the menu and helped us choose dishes that ended up being some of our favorites of the night. The food was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish we ordered exceeded our expectations, and the portions were generous while still feeling high quality and thoughtfully prepared. Bianca’s service was prompt and professional without ever making us feel rushed. She checked in regularly, anticipated our needs, and created the perfect balance of attentive service and a relaxed dining atmosphere. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a great meal, East Side Mario’s is a wonderful choice.
