  I went into the store to get information on a new MacBook and printer. When arriving at the store the sales staff did not say hello or acknowledge me. I looked at some products but, could not get there attention to ask any questions. The staff seemed too busy having a conversation behind the sales counter. I ended up going to a different retailer and made my purchase there.
