  Not only every employee in this location acts like they are making you a favour by talking to you, they lack knowledge on the products they sell, and they have no interest in attending customers. Came looking for a TV, after spending 15 minutes waiting/looking for help someone came over and then I was left alone twice just to be told that delivery costs 250$ extra (or wait over a week to deliver a product to a location 10 minutes away from the store). This place is genuinely pathetic, do not spend your time or money here please.

  Purchased two brand new oversize laundry machines within the warranty. The washer had a problem I called in under warranty and it was determined that it could not be repaired so they offered me a new machine. The problem is the new machine doesn’t match the machine that I have. I just renovated my laundry room and I wanted both to be identical. I asked them to leave the old machine and I would see about trying to find someone else to fix it and to offer me a credit they agreed Unfortunately the guys who were there to move the unit out and to swap the units put the machine on their truck and damaged it. They broke the door off the hinges and pulled the rubber liner out, intentionally because they were angry that they were not taking the machine. Best Buy did nothing to resolve the issue and left me with a damaged machine and a credit.

  Alex at Best Buy Guelph was a fantastic help today. He helped me get my new Samsung phone working despite obsticals. Give the guy a raise!

  Went in for some printer ink. I walked past 3 employees talking about their weekend (not work related) I felt that I would have been a bother to them if I interrupted, so I looked around for what I needed, couldn't find it, so I left. Not very welcoming.
