  We had an amazing dining experience with Lisa as our waitress! She was super friendly and gave us outstanding service. She was very authentic and had a warm smile. The food was really good too, not to mention the all-you-can-eat starters! I really enjoyed the garlic roasted tomato soup! Highly recommend this restaurant! Thanks again Lisa!!!

  When we came to eat at East Side Mario's, we did not expect how extraordinary the experience would come to be! Our server, Sora was extremely tolerant when we made a water spill, she immediately went to get cleaning supplies and cleaned it! On the other hand, the food was so delicious that for the first time in months, I did not take-out the leftovers! Overall, this is probably the absolute best restaurant I've personally ever went to in my life!

  William provided outstanding service at East Side Mario's. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Our drinks were always refilled promptly, our food arrived exactly as ordered, and he checked in regularly without being intrusive. His positive attitude and professionalism made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, William, for the excellent service we'll definitely be back!

  Service is always great and the atmosphere used to be great but they have slowly transforming into bland and boring corporate designs. The food is by far the worst part, very bland, tastes mediocre at best. Definitely frozen food. Their Italian wedding soup is good but anything else is alright at best. If you are looking for a good place to eat I would not recommend this place unless you want a basic Alfredo or Rosé pasta.

  Nous étions un groupe de 8 et avons eu du service exceptionnel du début à la fin. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés la serveuse était souriante et le gérant a été très aimable et joueur avec mes 3 jeunes enfants. Par la suite notre serveuse Sora a été attentif à chacun de nos besoins et nous a servi dans un délai raisonnable et est resté souriante tout le long. Elle s’est assuré que notre expérience était personnalisée et satisfait. Aussi je dois ajouter, que autre que les toilettes, la place était propre et il y avait de la place poTe bouger entre chaque table. Fortement recommandé pour des petits groupes que pour des soirée entre couple.
