I had an issue with a Fire Tv I purchased from this location which developed a problem.
I approached the customer service desk and was greeted by a very courteous, and beautiful young lady (Amina) who was very helpful in dealing with my problem. Within minutes she was on her way to the stock room to get me a replacement.
I am so impressed with the manner and competence the lady demonstrated it will change my opinion of Best Buy forever.
I am so happy that even though I was in fight or flight mode she quickly took care of the problem
I will be a Best Buy Customer forever.

Best Buy used to be my absolute go-to destination for electronics and tech gear, but my shopping habits have definitely shifted over the years. Now that almost everything is so conveniently available online, I rarely find myself walking through their front doors anymore.
Currently, the only time I actually visit a physical store is when they run deeply discounted sales or exclusive in-store promotions that make the trip worth my time. While the customer service and display models are still decent, the overall appeal just isn't what it used to be. In my opinion, these traditional big-box stores are going to need to pivot and radically rethink their business model in the near future if they want to stay relevant in a digital-first market. It's still a fine place to pick up a bargain, but it's no longer a regular stop for me.

I've purchased a laptop, accessories, and several other items from Best Buy over the years, and my experience has generally been excellent. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very disappointing.
I asked for assistance regarding a new laptop and was helped by a representative named Ro. The interaction lacked professionalism, customer service, and any sense of ownership. As a customer, I felt ignored rather than assisted.
Ro, a little humility and respect go a long way in customer-facing roles. Arrogance is never a substitute for good service.
To Best Buy: you have built a strong reputation over many years. Don't let experiences like this damage your brand image. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and ensures employees are held to a higher standard of professionalism and service.

Had a great experience buying appliances at Best Buy. Martin was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He guided us through the options, answered all our questions, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Thank you, Martin, for going above and beyond!
I came in to buy a smartwatch that was on sale at another retailer for $100 off. The staff dismissed me and said they don’t do price matches at all. They missed out on a $1100 sale and I went to the other retailer and got excellent service. Best Buy is turning into Worst Buy.
