  Kaylianna provided amazing service at East Side Mario’s! She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout our visit. Her positive attitude and great customer service really made the experience that much better. It’s always nice to have someone who genuinely cares about making sure their customers have a great time.   We’re loyal customers of East Side Mario’s, and honestly, it’s our go-to restaurant for over 70% of our dining-out experiences! We absolutely love the food, especially the pesto pizza, which is almost always part of our order. Tonight, I ordered the salmon, and my husband had the chicken and shrimp. Both dishes were absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations! But what made tonight truly special was our server, Richele. She was incredibly warm, friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Her wonderful personality made the atmosphere even more enjoyable and turned our dinner into such a lovely experience. She made the wait for our food feel effortless and enjoyable, and her genuine warmth really made us feel welcome. It’s people like Richele who make you want to keep coming back to a restaurant. We left feeling happy, well taken care of, and already looking forward to our next visit! Thank you, East Side Mario’s, for consistently great food and a welcoming atmosphere, and a special thank you to Richele for making our evening so wonderful! ❤️

  I went for the all-you-can-eat pasta, and the service was so slow! It took the waitress a long time to bring each round of pasta out. We were waiting 50 minutes for each order of pasta. We had to take our second round of pasta to go since it took way too long to get our pasta! Our breadsticks weren’t refilled either even though our table requested another order. We went at lunch, and the restaurant wasn’t that busy either so I have no clue why everything was taking so long. I feel like I wasted my money getting the all-you-can-eat pasta due to the slow wait times. Food tasted good though!

  We had such an amazing dinner at East Side Mario’s, and a huge part of that was because of Richele! She was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Her conversation skills were incredible, she was so friendly, personable, and genuinely made us feel like we were at home rather than just at a restaurant. Richele went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and having a great time throughout our dinner. She was attentive without being overbearing, and her warm personality truly made our evening so memorable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in what she does. East Side Mario’s is so lucky to have someone like Richele on their team! We will definitely be coming back, and we hope we get to have her as our server again. Thank you, Richele, for making our dinner such a wonderful experience! ❤️

  We found this restaurant while searching on Google Maps for a good Italian restaurant. There were many great reviews, so we decided to give it a try, and we’re very happy that we did! The service from Jenna was absolutely excellent. She was friendly, smiling, and very attentive throughout our entire meal. She made sure we had everything we needed and regularly came by to check that everything was okay and whether we needed anything else. The food was delicious. I especially liked the variety in the kids’ menu. It included chicken nuggets, mozzarella sticks, and pasta, so there were several different options for the kids to enjoy. For my main course, I ordered a dish that included schnitzel, pasta, and lasagna. It was great because I could try three different dishes in one meal. We also ordered a salad, pizza, and pasta carbonara, and everything we tried was very tasty. The restaurant itself is spacious and comfortable, and there is plenty of parking available. We really enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend this place to others. We’ll be happy to come back again!
