  One of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. Our server Richelle was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating! An absolute gem. She took care of my friends and siblings like we were family. We were unaware that they had closed at 9:00 on Sundays and accidentally stayed till 9:25. Not once did we feel unwelcome or rushed by an our server or any of the other staff. 10/10 would come back again (within operating hours. So sorry!). If you want the best possible experience, request Richelle as your server. You won’t be disappointed!

  Richelle provided fantastic service. She was super busy with lots of tables but didn’t forget about us and always made sure everything at our table was good. Would recommend sitting in her section if you come here. Food was delicious as always. Only critique is the booth we sat in was a bit dirty and had crayon drawn on the wall and table. however can’t hold that against the kitchen staff or waitress.

  I met a girlfriend out for dinner tonight here in Newmarket! We planned on coming to East Side’s after seeing the Dine in and take one home special for Wednesday’s as well as the after 8pm app promotion! We were seated in a half booth and table area which was perfect for me, a very accessible and clean section. The restaurant wasn’t overly busy tonight so service was quick and very upbeat from Bella :). She recommended the garlic chicken parmigiana which was delicious, we were able to have all you can eat bread, soup and salad which Bella happily alternated for us without hesitation. She also always made sure we had an enough cheese for all dishes and promptly refilled our drinks when we asked for more! Bella also gave us fresh soup and bread to take home with our to go meal. That was the only thing that was a bit disappointing as we were hoping it would be what you had ordered but upon reviewing the special in store, it was only for three select basic pastas with no protein option. Other than that one small detail which truly wasn’t even a problem because Bella also ensured to fill a small cup of Parmesan for our take away pastas too. To say I am highly impressed with the service tonight is an understatement! Bella was funny, kind, quick, accommodating and even other patrons were thanking her on their way out… just WOW! She truly is a standout and with an incredible employee like that, I hope you are able to give her a little something special for the sparkle she brings to her job, you can see she really enjoys what she does :). Thank you Bella, we hope to see you again and we will ask to be in your section next time too- you rock girl!

  Unfortunately, I didn’t get a picture because I was so hungry! 😅 But our server Bella was an incredible server who kept checking in on us throughout the meal and did an amazing job remembering our orders correctly. Food was amazing as ever, we came all the way from out of town for my 30th Birthday as we no longer have an East Side Mario’s in our hometown anymore 🥺. I got the Crispy Chicken Bacon Rose with a Peach Limoncello Daquri, all of which were absolutely delicious and wish I could’ve gotten seconds, but I was too full. 100% Recommend and hopefully whenever we’re back in town we will definitely be coming back!

  Richele was our server. She was friendly, quick, knowledgeable and went out of her way to make sure everything was good for us. She was the best part of the visit!! Food was not good. When my husband sent his back for the second time, he told her not to bring it back. It was cold in the middle (lasagna), and not edible. Special thanks to Richele for handling it professionally, and having the manager address the problem monetarily for us. Richele is a great server. Can't say enough. 3rd bad experience at this location. We won't be back. P.s. I gave 2 stars for food because I had pizza and enjoyed it. As always the salad was great.
