  I’ve visited twice in the past few months, and the food has been consistently excellent. Unfortunately, the service has been slower than expected on both occasions. I understand that servers are managing multiple tables and the kitchen is handling many orders, but after our initial order was taken, there was approximately a 15-minute period where we didn’t see our server. Additionally, our entrées arrived before our soup and salad, despite everything being ordered at the same time. While the quality of the food keeps us coming back, there is definitely room for improvement in the speed and coordination of service. Overall, a good dining experience with great food, but service efficiency could be better.

  This was our first time at East Side Marios. We are a family of 4. Our server was Kitana and she was great. She was so helpful with the menu, explained the specials and was great with the kids. Always asked if our meals were good, always refilled our drinks in a timely manner. She was wonderful and a great asset. We will definitely return and hope to have Kitana again.

  Bella was absolutely wonderful! She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience from start to finish. She was warm, friendly, and genuinely cared about our table, always checking in to make sure we were doing well and had everything we needed. Her attentiveness and positive attitude made us feel so welcomed and well taken of. Thank you, Bella!

  I had an amazing experience at East Side Mario’s thanks to our wonderful server, Bella! From the moment we sat down, Bella was super friendly, attentive, and full of energy. She made great recommendations on the menu, checked on us at the perfect times without being intrusive, and even remembered our drink preferences when we ordered refills. The food came out hot and delicious (the pasta and garlic bread were on point as always), but what really stood out was Bella’s excellent service. She was smiling the whole time, handled our table with care, and made us feel genuinely welcome. You can tell she loves her job and it shows! If you’re going to East Side Mario’s, ask for Bella — she’s a star! Will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

  We had an excellent experience at East Side Mario’s! The food was great, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service really made our visit special. Our waitress, Bella, was awesome. She was friendly, helpful, attentive, and brought such positive energy to our table. She made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you, Bella, for making our visit such a positive experience. We’ll definitely be back!
