  Been going here every week for a few months now and the service gets worse and worse. Tonight was the final straw for my husband and I. We were told that it was half price apps before 5 pm. My husband went in before me and ordered his apps. I came in at 10 to 5 and ordered mine. Our food came out quickly which was nice, however our waitress never once came to check on us and no it was not busy by any means. We finally asked for our bill and boxes for our food to which she stated she would be right back. We waited 20 minutes for our bill and when it was brought to us she informed us that the calamari was not part of the half price apps - which it is on the app menu and that my apps weren't entered into the system until after 5 pm so they didn't qualify. I ordered before 5!! Not my problem that you didn't enter it into the system because you were busy talking to your coworkers. I can honestly say this was the worst experience we've had there and we will never go back to this location. If I could give zero stars I would. Time management is a real thing and apparently they aren't being taught this during training.

  I cannot comment on the quality of the food, as I ran out of time, on my lunch break. From what I saw, there were only about 8 other total customers, when I entered the restaurant. As there do not appear to be anybody attending to the front, I went in and sat at a booth right across from the bar and it took approx 10 minutes to be greeted and have a drink order taken. Once I received my drink, I placed my food order. The bread and salad came out in a reasonable amount of time. However , just as I was about to leave (because my Food had yet to be brought out) my food eventually did show, but I had to ask for it to go, as it took 30+ minutes, from the order was taken. I could completely understand if the restaurant was busy, but let’s just say the service time was quite slow. Over 25 minutes, for pasta, seems a bit much.

  Waitress sucked. Walked by the table six times and never asked if we wanted another drink. Ordered the spaghetti with Salmon and shrimp, the one waitress brings out the food and it's leguiny noodles, I stated it comes with spaghetti noodles, she states did your server not tell you we ran out of spaghetti noodles, I say something to the server and she says I just found out like 3 minutes ago. You think the manager would have come over and offer a free meal same dinner next time I came in. NO!!!! The server wanted me to wait another 45minutes for my food. Such a joke. Will be another cold day in hell before entering this East side.

  Went in on a Thursday, no wait maybe half full. Sevice was extremely slow about 1hr and 40m for a family of 4. If you really want to eat here make sure you have enough time. From requesting to-go boxes to the time we left was about 40 minutes. We did have small desserts during thay time as well. Food was just okay, my child's build your own pasta had 3 pieces of shrimp that was over $4 up charge, our meals wer warm not hot. Even the cheese cappelletti was just warm. Lastly. tiny flies, like fruit flies, kept flying around our table that was extremely annoying. Ive been to many East Sides in various cities and by far this was the worst one yet!

  This place is a total joke.took my family here for dinner got seated in an area where no customers where seated.multiple waiters and waitress walked by and not once did they ask if we have been taken care of.The table was so sticky the menu stuck to it , after 20 minutes of sitting there and seen waiters toss ketchup bottles or waitress smile and walk by my wife got up and asked the hostess for the manager .waited another 10 minutes no manager showed up so got up and let this joke of a restaurant.
