  I don’t want to be negative for the sake of it. Tonight’s meal was entirely flavourless. This is private equity “food product” served at full price. How can chicken Parmesan taste like grey, burnt matter? What is the point of this place if the pasta is just microwaved after being delivered from Gordon Food Service? What an utter disappointment. Please stop going to corporate food chains - this is an industry in true decline if reheated factory made food is still flavourless after you add in the extreme salt needed to prepare it. To make it all worse - 2 adults spent $100 to have the privilege of an evening ruined.

  I have been coming to this location for years now, the food has always been amazing especially the calamari and pastas. However, today the food experience was quite disappointing. We ordered three pastas with shrimps (our usual), but this time the pastas were extremely dry and the shrimps still had their shells on and had to get them remade but one of the new dishes came with shells again. Although, the food did not meet our standards, the service definitely did. Shoutout to our server, Ethan, for handling all of this very well! He was extremely nice and friendly and took our concerns very seriously. He is the only reason we walked out of the restaurant satisfied.

  The staff are ill mannered and entitled. We paid our bill, the server, Ethan, took the receipt to a group of staff and they were looking at the bill, talking about us and gesturing at us to make it obvious that they were about us. Even when we made eye contact with them, that didn’t deter them. We assume they had an issue with the amount tipped and decided to be nasty about it
