  My partner and I ordered on uber eats from east side on hespler road. The quality of food reminded me why I never returned to this restaurant. We ordered two orders of the cheese cappellati, and it was tasteless and mushy. We had a couple bites and threw the rest out. Absolutely horrific quality, and way too expensive.

  I had been craving East Sides for a while. We went on a Monday night, it was all you can eat pasta. There were 4 adults (2 men, 2 women) and 1 child. The 2 men got the all you could eat spaghetti, I got Chicken Parm and the other woman got Chicken Alfredo. The spaghetti noodles for our dishes were way over cooked, the sauce was nasty. Bland, had zero flavor and the meatballs for the spaghetti were watery, most likely from sitting in a covered warming tray. My Chicken from the parm was good and the Chicken Alfredo was good. Will say, that the spaghetti turned off the guy's appetites and they did not finish their spaghetti nor order another dish. Can't say i'll be returning any time soon, sadly.

  I usually do not post bad/negatives reviews but this was by far the worst East Side Mario’s location I’ve visited. The food took an unusually long time to arrive, and when it finally did, it was disappointing bland, poorly seasoned, and lacking flavor. Our server was pleasant and did her best, but a restaurant operates as a team. When there are issues with the overall experience, it reflects on the entire operation, not just one person. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this location. The kitchen clearly needs better consistency and attention to quality. It’s hard to understand how such simple Italian-inspired dishes, especially pasta, could miss the mark so badly. The only highlight of the visit was the drinks, which were well made and enjoyable. Management also has a lot of work to do if this location is expected to meet the standards associated with East Side Mario’s.

  I’m very disappointed in this particular East Side Mario’s. It’s one of my fav restaurants and I came here expecting high quality food, like all the other locations. However, my pasta was indeed overcooked and cold when I received it. They even added the wrong type of chicken to it. Our server was kind enough to have the kitchen re-make it for me, but it was unfortunately still overcooked again. It’s disappointing because I haven’t had this issue with the other locations. And for pasta to be overcooked on a place that specializes in serving pasta, it is just not acceptable.

  I have never wrote a review before but I am at loss for words on how great my experience was here tonight. We were greeted graciously by the lovely employees. Our server was Melia, she was so helpful from when we sat down till when we left. Always checking in on us to make sure we are taken care of for drinks and food. Smiling the whole time my Girlfriend and I knew how lucky we were with this amazing service. I hope we get her every time we come here!!
