  Had the best service with a customer service rep named Brock in the Mobile Department. Brock was amazing! He took the time to go through all the different phone carriers & devices. He was exceptionally professional and very friendly! Definitely represented BestBuy! Thank you!

  literally could not be more grateful for the staff at this location! I came in at 7:55 thinking that the store close at 9 when it closed at 8 and despite it being time for the employees to go home manny, and brock gave us the best customer service I’ve ever received. If you ever need anything from Best Buy please please please visit this location! thank you both for all the help, patience, and kindness you showed!!

  I went to Best Buy to exchange my Pixel Watch 5 and was assisted by Brock at the customer service desk. He was so cool, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. He made everything easy and stress-free, and his positive attitude really stood out. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Best Buy is lucky to have someone like him on the team. 5 stars for Brock and his outstanding support!

  I wanted to buy a gift for my Mother in law, she needs a replacement iPad. Looking online, I see I can go to Walmart, Apple Store, Staples, Best Buy... so I decide to head to Best Buy on Pinebush in Cambridge. It seemed they had no staff working. I walk straight for the Apple area, found the iPad I was looking for and then started looking around for staff. No blue shirts anywhere to be found. I waited about 12 minutes, and decided I would spend elsewhere. Walked out of the store, and there is Staples, right next door! Walked in, was helped right away, and within 6 minutes I was on my way, iPad in hand. Very disappointing Best Buy.
