  Staff is not well trained and have issues communicating properly with customers. I was here for an additional hour unnecessarily because the employee didn't ask if my phone was a bring it back.

  2nd time Ive gone to this location, picked out an item, went to the cashier and there was only a single cashier who was working on some paperwork or a return or whatever situation with a single customer. Waited 15 minutes and gave up. Funny thing is there were several employees around just stocking shelves or standing around but not a single one even looked in our direction. Not going back here.

  Avoid the guy name Vishnu. Follows people around the store and harasses them.

  Absolutely the worst customer service ever at this store from an employee named VISHNU. I was shopping for a new phone and made the mistake of taking a picture of the price tag. Vishnu immediately confronted me and yelled out that pictures are not allowed. He then informed other staff members to keep an eye out for me. (I was informed of this by a staff member who I confronted as they were following me around the store.) I haven't visited this store in a long time and have no intentions of returning as long as Vishnu is there. This guy needs a job that doesn't involve customer service as he is the rudest employee that I have ever encountered. When I have shopped for larger items such as TV's at other Best Buy locations , I have been encouraged by polite staff members to take a picture of the information, etc. Based on this extremely negative experience and harassment, I would not be surprised if this store closes permanently just like the Milton store has recently.
