  Had a truly regretful experience as one of the customer service reps felt I was a threat to steal the clothing I had just finished trying on. Basically had the clothing grabbed from my arms as I was looking at hats. The clothing was then placed behind the checkout counter where I then heard the rep say to another that "there's a lot of craziness these days, you can never be sure" (not exact words, but close). As I was paying for my items, I mentioned to the cashier how insulted I was regarding the other service rep, and she apologized for the situation. (I'm sure she can give you a little more depth to the scenario). I left shaking. I've spent a lot of money with Golf Town, and would probably never go back if they weren't one of the only options around. Be better.

  Customer service? A single employee re-gripping clubs , working hard and helping multiple customers, including me. A sales associate walks up and interrupts, handing a club and asking they use the heat gun to remove glue residue. Employee drops what he is doing and works on this for 10-15 mins while the rest of us waiting.

  I stopped by today to get some advice about golf clubs, and Jacob O. was incredibly helpful. He took the time to understand what I needed, helped me find the right club for me, and even gave me some helpful tips on my swing. He was so friendly and knowledgeable that I ended up purchasing a club! I really appreciated his excellent customer service and all the help he gave me. Thank you, Jacob O.!

  Great golf town location. Usually pretty busy which is great for the game.

  Went in to get a club regripped, 5 minutes later leaving, great service.
