  Very nicely renovated rooms. Clean, modern, with all the amenities you could need. The indoor pool and hot tub were also very nice and newly renovated. Complimentary breakfast was great. They accommodated an early check in for a reasonable fee and the service at the counter was excellent. Great location close to Burlington Go and lots of nearby shopping and restaurants. Overall one of the nicest Best Westerns we’ve stayed in.

  Great hotel. Very clean rooms and bedding. Linens were soft and mattress comfortable. Our king suite was spacious and had everything we needed. No tub in the room, only a rainshower which may not work for everyone. Breakfast was as to be expected and was included. Service at the front desk was good. One drink machine was not dispensing drinks and front desk gave us a few free water. Easy access to Brampton GO station and some malls and restaurants ( red lobster) close by. Pool area was nice, chlorine smell was quite pungent. Would stay again if in this area.

  I have stayed at the Best Western in Burlington on two previous occasions, travelling solo, and I was pleased to return. The rooms are big and clean, with comfortable beds. The hotel has been nicely refurbished since my last visit, and I appreciated the good lighting throughout the room, as well as the large desk, which was well suited to doing computer work. The coffee maker in my room did not work, so I went to the breakfast room to get some coffee. The breakfast room itself is about what I would expect from an average Best Western Plus. I stayed on the highway side of the hotel, so there was certainly some traffic noise, but I still slept well. Next time, I’ll ask for a room on the other side. Overall, this is a comfortable and well-maintained hotel, and I would stay here again.

  As for customer service, this hotel is a zero. The night staff member came knocking at 2 a.m. to get information about my dog, then came back and kept knocking, harassing everyone at that hour—all of which could have been handled the next day. Then, at 6 a.m., he came back to ask for my ID. This hotel is horrible; I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Total lack of respect!!!! And I pay 250$ for my dog thats not normal!

  We had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus! The rooms were beautiful, clean, and modern, with a great TV and comfortable amenities. The breakfast was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were amazing. Overall, a great experience—we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
