  Bought a TV and had it installed by their "geek squad". While the TV ended up being returned for a defect that was out of their control, their customer service and installers did an exceptional job making it right. Would absolutely recommend them.

  A few weeks ago, my mom and I went in for a phone upgrade. We traded in our old phones for an iPhone 17 and an iPhone 17 Pro Max. We were at the store around 6:30 and it ended up being a timely transaction to transfer data from our old phones to the new phones, and we were there past the closing time in order to get everything transferred. The staff was incredibly helpful we had two people helping us Jeevan and Brody. For something that became much longer than anyone has anticipated, everyone was very understanding and incredibly helpful with assisting us. They were both more then willing to help and and made our upgrade process to the new phones, incredibly smooth and hassle free. Which you don’t find a lot these days. It’s hard to find good customer service and we definitely received excellent customer service during our transactions. I would highly recommend people go to this Best Buy for their phone upgrades or any other services. Jeevan is extremely knowledgable about phone plans and discounts and you would be likely to have him assist you.

  I ordered a Surface laptop in-store, but the employee selected the wrong hardware specs and ordered a Bilingual keyboard without asking me. When I called customer service to fix it, I was told I have to wait for the wrong laptop to arrive, return it to the store, and re-order the correct one. This completely ruins the timeline for my son's birthday gift. I understand mistakes happen, but this is a terrible customer experience. 1 star. UPDATE: I like how I said customer service did nothing, and then in the reply they say "contact customer service" - I did and you did nothing. hence the review
