  Absolutely fantastic! We had an amazing young woman looking after us, Katana. My husband has been ordering the same meal for years, when asked why it was changed she said they have 2 versions it's called " Old School " 😉 he was one happy customer! The evening was great, we'll definitely be going back!!

  Visited for the first time this location. I didn't expect anything extraordinary, but was not impressed with our service. I asked for the bottle of sparkling water and instead got a glass of regular water with no explanation. Then got a wrong soup... Also food was way too salty, so I couldn't finish it. Hopefully it was just a day like this and usually they do better.

  Austin Z was an excellent server! She took great care of us and made our visit really enjoyable. I ordered the chicken parm and it was delicious, and my boyfriend got the Canadian calzone which was also great. Austin had a wonderful sense of timing, we never felt rushed or ignored, and she was super attentive throughout our meal. We’ll definitely be coming back!

  Always have been a fan of East Sides, been going since it was in the old Brantford Mall, and the food is familiar and comforting. Went here on a Thursday at noon with my father and they had a special for two people that was $50 and included: unlimited soup/salad/homeloaf, budda boomers, two entrees and two small desserts. The actual amount of food was enough for three or four people, so we had leftovers for the next meal. I had the Double bacon something (I can’t remember the Italian name for the pasta) and it was delicious, I ate the whole thing in the restaurant. Also choose a Cesar salad for a side. My dad had an Alfredo pasta and took most of it home and we had the waitress put the desserts in a take out container as we were already full. Oreo cheesecake was advertised, but when I went to open it, it was vanilla cheesecake with a little Dixie cup of berries to pour over; it is cheesecake so the type was irrelevant, all of it is delicious, including the one I had, which was creamy and moist. The waitress was super sweet and attentive, I didn’t get her name but we were sitting in the row of booths by the door to the left. She did a good job of remembering what we needed and taking the dishes away as they were used. There was a fair amount of traffic for a Thursday afternoon, so I am glad to see some restaurants aren’t being consumed with the cost-of-living nightmare we are in. For the amount of food we got, I think $50 is totally reasonable, especially when you have the all you can eat option on top of the food you already get. Overall it was a good meal and a great casual dining experience for a random Thursday.

  Brantford Ontario location; dinner on Monday night, server was Rory and he was fantastic. I was impressed with the entire service from him. I asked to speak to the manager told her what a great job he did and how customer service oriented he was and she shared that it was his very first night waiting tables solo. That kid has been trained well and raised well. When service or product is poor, I let the manager know and I don’t tip. When it’s good I communicate and tip. That guy deserves a raise!
