  My husband decided to take me on a surprise dinner date here today to celebrate me getting accepted into NASA and I am pleased to say the service and food did not disappoint!! I was provided service by a wonderful waitress named Ananya, she is a very sweet young woman who made our dining experience enjoyable and lively. She was fantastic at ensuring our food arrived timely, stopped by often to see how we were doing throughout our stay, and had a lovely smile when offering her well wishes for my new job. I would 100% recommend Ananya as your waitress if you are planning on dining here, she will make your dining experience absolutely exquisite 👌👌🚀👩‍🚀

  I hosted my friend’s baby shower here at East Side Mario’s. We were a party of 10. The place is very accommodating, the food we ordered was well prepared, with fresh ingredients and very tasty. I recommend the cheesy spinach as an appetizer, it was delicious! Our host was Skye. Skye’s service was great. Skye was very patient, friendly and very helpful. I recommend East Side Mario’s because of its great service and delicious food. Thank you Skye.

  Walked out before even being seated due to terrible customer service and blatant lying from staff. We were told to wait 15 mins for a table but a few minutes later another group arrived and one of the women loudly complained about waiting. Instead of following the queue, the front hostesses huddled up and immediately gave them next free table and leaving us waiting for another 15 mins. When questioned, the hostess lied and said the table was on the patio. When I asked the short hostess’s name, she ran to the kitchen side. Tall hostess tap my shoulder to show that I am holding the line for the other customers. It was inappropriate and was not welcomed. She did not apologize for it. She lied and said I thought you were seated and clearly she seated the other group. When asked the manager this unfairness, he lied and claimed they had a reservation even though we literally heard them arguing about not wanting to wait. The staff lied through our faces and they disrespected us. Completely unacceptable and zero integrity at the East side Mario’s. Written to the head office [7VWEY5-VPG95]. Left and went to Hakkalicious as we received a table with no wait. No response after 4 days as expected.

  We had such an amazing experience, and our waitress Rithmi made it even better! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind from the moment we sat down. She checked in at all the right times, made excellent recommendations, and made us feel so welcome without ever being overbearing. It’s rare to receive service that’s this thoughtful and personable. You can tell Rithmi truly cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. She turned a great meal into an exceptional dining experience. We will definitely be back, and we hope to have Rithmi as our waitress again. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!

  One of the highlights of my recent visit for lunch and a previous visit for dinner was the customer service - the same individual (Milagros) greeted us on both occasions and I remain blown away by the warm, respectful, and professional personality of this individual. The care taken to check making sure we were good with the food selection and the personality, the personality is the stand out. Thank You Milagros!!! The parmesan chicken wings were nicely done and was a hit with everyone. My chicken parmesan with penne pasta and alfredo sauce was outstanding. It goes without saying the garlic bread are always a hit. How could I forget the potato bacon soup... if left up to me I would have like 6 of them in one sitting. Only had two servings this time around, though the first serving was not as hot as I would have liked - that's probably on me though.
