  We've been to this location several times before -- but the service has never been above a 3ish star. Our server today, was Linda. She was absolutely amazing! She noticed we had young kids, got their orders in right away so they can start eating. Our food came out shortly after. Even during dinner she checked in several times to ensure we were good and didn't need anything else (which usually doesn't happen..) Definitely coming back here and hoping to see Linda again! Thanks for a great dinner.

  Abena is an AMAZING waitress!! She was kind, always had a smile, and was very quick with getting food and drinks. She has such a positive attitude & I definitely want to come back after the service my partner and I got today. The food is great, I got a pasta and it had the perfect amount of sauce, along with good chicken. Abena, thank you so much for the service you provided and the smiles you gave!

  We had a great time! The food was impeccable, bursting with flavor, and the service was great. Despite the fact servers were rushing from table to table they still treated each customers with proper hospitality especially Rithmi, our server, who made our experience ten times better! Overall I would rate this place a five out of five stars 🤌

  We had a great experience at East Side Mario's! The food was delicious, served hot and fresh, and everything tasted excellent. The service was quick and efficient. A special thank you to ABENA, who provided outstanding customer service—she was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our second time in this location.   Ordered the Balsamic Pesto Pizza, French Fries, and Mini Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake from East Side Mario’s and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The Balsamic Pesto Pizza had a great combination of flavors, with a delicious balance of pesto and balsamic that made each bite enjoyable. The French Fries were fresh, crispy, and perfectly seasoned, making them a great side. To finish, the Mini Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake was rich, smooth, and indulgent without being overly heavy. Everything arrived well-prepared and made for a satisfying dining experience. Overall, a great meal, and I would happily order these items again.
