  Matthew at Bell is absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. Customer service like this is hard to find, and Matthew truly deserves recognition for it.   Went to Best Buy express in bramalea, fastest process I’ve ever experienced. Went in to get a charger and they got me hooked up with a brand new 18. They walked me through every step and show me everything I needed with great deal and even more amazing personality. Thank u so much Matthew & Sachin!! Best experience I could of imagined

Chirag is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain all the wireless options available to find the absolute best deal for my budget.   ******FROD FROD FROD*** I was there at this best buy around a month ago i told the lady there that i was going to india for 1 year and wanted to buy iPhone i told i wanted to buy cash so i was sent to neighbour hood store by some lady preet at this best buy.. i paid cash for the phone.. i went to local phone repair store in india to see why sim is not working they told me the phone has lock on it and phone is blacklist and i am gifted this phone to my fianc. I am felling cheated i trusted best buy and the lady cheat me may be for commision. i want to make complain when i come back but this is ridiculous that for some dollars she sending me to some theif local shop..and my image in front of my inlaw is down
