  We came to dine with family from out of town. We were sat quickly and informed that our server would be along shortly. The server was AMAZING. What wasn't though is that this location is Disgusting filthy, full of fruit fly buzzing around you while sitting at your table and swarming your body, fave and food as well we were displeased that the kitchen was out of: Salads Soups Mest sauce Chicken Parm Some kids meals & 2 or 3 other items. What followed that information was the seating gals saying "thats what happens on Sundays the order comes in on Mondays" That really shouldn't be happeneing any day.. if your open for business- have the things on your menu. No remource from a manager or even a supervisor. Yes, we chose to stay however we had already ordered and it was later in the evening. It's such a shame that Belleville East Sides has gone SO FAR DOWN. It's not the staff.. They try so hard.

  Abbi was great, prompt, attentive and friendly! food was okay. Terrible presentation on new Steak Fettuccini. They need to redo the table layout because you can barely walk around in there when people are actually sitting in chairs.

  Always amazed with East Side Marios. Abbi was our server, drink order right after we sat down followed by a fresh bread ready to go. Our app showed up quickly followed by our salad. Everything was fresh and tasty. Our main was split and the manager came out to greet us. Everything was excellent, service was great and all that for 65 bucks tip in. Always recommend and the Quinte Mall location especially is fantastic.

  Went here with my family, host/servers lacked positive energy and lacked warm welcoming vibe. I ordered the Triple Threat chicken parm. The chicken was tasty but the "signature" tomato sauce lacked any flavour. I definitely was expecting more from the this establishment.

  Me and my friend came for dinner one night and got got bread side salads and our main pasta dishes. We got the salad and not even 2 mintues later our dishes were ready. Which was fine but by the time we got to the main dish it was cold. My pasta was over cooked where it was mushy in my mouth. I tried to eat it but it just got to the point where I couldn’t do it anymore. I asked for a new dish and if I could take it out. From what I am eating at work the next day, it was deheated in something before I took it home and is the same dish I had sent back. There is the pepper and cheese from when I had the dish infront of me. I am disappointed for a 30 plus dollar meal. Do better
