  Great service, food arrives quickly and perfect temperature. Amazing service and cleanliness, friendly and they are very good at making it a wonderful experience. Food was absolutely great. Can't say enough about it.

  Ordered seafood linguine for lunch and it was terrible. They couldn't even be bothered to toss the noodles in the sauce, so I had a takeout container full of dry noodles with a slop of marinara thrown on the side of the container. The sauce had zero seasoning, just blended tomatoes. No garlic or basil or anything. The calamari was way undercooked/frozen (it was crunchy), and the mussels had large chunks of sand in them. Thankfully the bread was decent, as that's all I ate. This is the second time we have ordered here and been thoroughly disappointed, despite eating at ESM all the time in our last town. It seems the standards are incredibly low here and it shows in the food. The server who helped me out was great, but the food needs some serious work.

  This place really needs freshening up. Everything looks shabby and worn. When we came in there were several towels on the floor as there had obviously been a spill however at least 5 staff walked right by them before someone picked them up half an hour later. Service was good. Food was okay not as good as it used to be. Very disappointing.

  We hadn't eaten here in a long time and were looking forward to the endless salad. They do not give you a large family bowl as they did before. I get it costs are high now however that was a highlight that we we looking forward to. They not just give you a small bowl and you have to keep asking for more. Food was not very flavourful at all. Our waitress was not great unfortunately. Very awkward and barely came back to our table. We had 3 other servers bring us our food, check on us and bring us more salad before our waitress even came back. I found it pricey also. Unfortunately I would not return.

  We do not live in Belleville and usually have lunch at a fast food restaurant, but approximately a month ago we decided to try East Side Mario’s to see how quickly we could be in and out! We had BOBBI as our waitress, she was amazing, so friendly, and fast! We found the food exceptionally good for being served so quickly! Thinking the was a rarity we decided to try it again yesterday, and again yesterday we had TRACY as our waitress and both the service and food were exceptional! AN EXCELLENT SPOT FOR A GREAT QUICK LUNCH!
