  This is the second time we have had the sampler entre. Both times the fettucini was cold and the chicken parm was burnt on the bottom making it too crispy to eat. The lasagna was good. The service was slow but there was only one person working to cover all the tables. Victoria was apologetic and very nice.

  Selina was our waitress and she was lovely! The interior of the restaurant leaves a bit to be desired. They must have been understaffed; there were napkins all over the floor and crayons and colouring books. My parents also had to wait quite a while for their tomato soup and when it did come out it was thick and clumpy, not like it is usually served. My cheese cappelletti was delicious as always. I feel the chain and this restaurant in particular have gone down a bit in the last couple years but my mom still loves it so we continue to come back.

  From start to finish, our dining experience was absolute perfection, and a huge reason for that was our waitress, Victoria. From the moment we sat down, she welcomed us with genuine warmth and incredible hospitality. She was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, gave fantastic recommendations, and timed every course flawlessly. Even during a busy night, she made us feel like her top priority, anticipating everything we needed before we even had to ask. Victoria sets the gold standard for exceptional service—we will definitely be returning and asking for her section!

  Victoria was an amazing server! She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout our entire meal. She had a great attitude, was quick to help with anything we needed, and made the whole experience really enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. Definitely ask for Victoria if you come here — she was fantastic!

  The people here were good, the host seated us and was polite and welcoming, our server, when she was here was friendly, however, I had to ask the host to get us the server after we waited 15 minutes to order drinks, we were told it's all you can eat salad, I had one bowl because nobody checked on us at all. My glass has been empty for about 8 minutes, no refill offered. What's the point of all you can eat soup or salad when I cant get even get any service at all. I can count 16 empty table just in my view from where I sit. You know, Everytime I come here is just a bad time. Like I am not really sure what you need to do but 30 mins between apps and dinner is crazy. Also my bread came with no butter. This place needs help in a bad way, only reason I'm her is because our kids asked us to come, I'd rather fast food because at least they meet my expectation
