  Came in for a couple apps at my step daughter’s request. Took about 15 mins to be greeted by our less than friendly server. Said “ I’m sure you’ve had enough time that you’re ready to order. “ No apology for the wait or warm greeting. We ordered our drinks and food at the same time not by choice but because it kind of seemed expected if we wanted to order in any kind of timely fashion. Drinks came out another 15-20 mins after this. We were eating our bread before even getting the waters we ordered. When we did get our drinks we requested another bread which the server basically tossed on the table while talking to the booth in front of us, no butter either. We finally got our food about 45 mins after arrival but got the calamari fritti instead of calamari diavolo, but since no one checked on us and were over it by this point we just ate it. Also no one asked if we wanted the ayce salad refilled.. if I’m being honest my expectations were already low coming here but it was actually just comical by the end of it.

  Had a great experience at East Side Mario’s! Hannah was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment me and my family arrived. She made sure everyone was taken care of and went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. You can tell she takes pride in providing great service and making people feel comfortable. Great food, great atmosphere, and even better service. Hannah definitely deserves some recognition!

  Best service ever!! I took my family out for dinner, the restaurant was very busy, Hannah was our waitress for the evening. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, she was professional, energetic, kind and was able to answer any questions we aked about the menu. Thank you for your amazing service...we will be back!! 🙂🍝🥗

  OLIVIA is a 💎 Fun and on point service Decided to cash in on a CAA membership offer and get some free Chicken Parmesan. Cesar salads perfectly dressed Cheese fritti is a 🔥 little add on that adds crunch, smooth cheesy spinach goodness. If you like spin dip this is a must try Tomato soup was creamy, rich and comforting. Dip that garlic homeloaf in there yum yum Chicken Parmesan was generous size, comes with two full cutlets, cooked perfectly. Comes with spaghetti, you can add meatballs to it to double down on the entree. Gigantico cheese ravioli- Fresh cheesy goodness. Tomatoes are a nice touch! Bring back the scallop carbonara 🙈 But honestly, reminded myself why this place was my fav childhood restaurant! Cozy chill vibes. Good spot to catch a game, eat some comfort food and relax Cheap cocktails is a bonus

  I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The food was great, and the service was exceptional. Victoria was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the entire visit. She has a warm and welcoming presence that made the experience especially enjoyable. Her professionalism and positive attitude definitely stood out. I would happily return and recommend this place to others
