  We were a big group of 12 who arrived unannounced on a Friday night because we were all staying at the hotel next door. Naturally we had to wait a short bit for our group to get a table but they were very quick to get us in. My group absolutely loved the unlimited soup, salad and bread and we devoured serving after serving of all three. We were very lucky to have Kenzie as our server. She made sure everyone was taken care of the entire time. Food was great, lots of options, prices are better than most especially if you like the soup, salad and bread as much as we did. Thanks for the great service after our long drive.

  There's not much one can say a kit Eat Side Mario's. The food is fine to good but tonight the service was subpar at best. Inattentive and slow. I could probably overlook that had the restaurant been busy or short on staff but it was anything but busy and had plenty of staff for the number of patrons. Disappointing for what one would consider an old standby

  We were fortunate enough to have Kai as our server. He was attentive but not in an overbearing way. He would pop over just often enough to ask if we were doing ok and if we needed anything else without seeming like he was interrupting our meal or conversation. East Sides food is always consistent so the only thing to make or break our visits are the servers. Kai was awesome! We plan to ask for his tables when we next visit. Great job Kai!

  These days it feels like great customer service is extremely rare, and so when someone goes above and beyond, I think they deserve some recognition. We just enjoyed a really lovely meal as a family and Aidan B was our server. He did a PHENOMENAL job!!! He was quick with our service, extremely attentive to our needs even before we asked, he handled our allergen concerns with care, was personable, polite, kind and did everything with a smile. This young man is CRUSHING IT!!! Aidan, THANK YOU for everything and keep up the GREAT work!!! 👍👍👍

  I love East Side’s, it’s been my favourite restaurant since the 90’s. Haven’t been to this particular location before, but it definitely lived up to the reputation! I was seated in a quiet corner, as per my request—I like to read when I dine alone. (I was also seated immediately, which I really appreciate; I’m recovering from a severe illness, and can’t stand for long.) My server, Kim K., was everything you could want: friendly, warm, and extremely attentive—but not overly, as she could see that I wanted to be left in peace. She brought everything I ordered very quickly, and then just kept an eye on me without interrupting. She also appeared instantly with takeout boxes when I was finished eating, cleared everything away in record time and reappeared with the machine immediately after. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a perfect combination of leisurely, uninterrupted dining and prompt departure the second I was done—which is exactly what I like! I’ll definitely be going back. This location is definitely luck to have Kim K.: she’s a treasure! 😊🏆⭐️
