Everybody was working hard to maintain a high level of service but the kitchen was very slow. The "bread" barely had any taste garlic and felt like a hot dog bun served with a microdose of garlic butter and a wad of margarine on the table. The salad has declined in the decade since I last visited a location and the leaves in the caesar salad were not from fresh crispy romaine lettuce. The dressing was passable. My breaded chicken for the chicken parmigiana was decent but there was almost no sauce on it. The fettucine alfredo was good for my dish but the white sauce on my wife's pasta dish was watered down because the shrimp wasn't drained well enough. My son's pizza was good and the other child enjoyed their spaghetti with marinara sauce. The push pop chocolate ice cream went over well as did the little bag of fruit gummies. Just get everbody to order meals off of the kids menu and get the garden salad.

This evening my family and I went east side Mario before we left for a graduation event, we arrived with around an hour to eat and leave so we were in a bit of a rush. Our server was Kenzie who was absolutely fantastic! She had great recommendations, super kind and was considerate that we were in a rush. We were all done eating after 30mins of arriving. Would definitely recommend for food that tastes good and great service.

had a wonderful dining experience at East Side Restaurant. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with family and friends. The service was prompt, and every dish exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food and excellent customer service. I will definitely be coming back!
Five stars for Nick our waiter

My friend and I were looking forward to a nice dinner out before our show that was at 8 pm. last night. We arrived at the restaurant at 6:15 and was seated at 6:30 was only served our drinks and salad after 30 min put our order in for our food and it was now 7:45 pm and still no food was served. So we waited an hour and 15 min and no apology and still had to pay for our drinks which I honestly think that should have been on the house after such horrible service. The manager came out no apology and just gave us a $10 certificate for next time. There will not be a next time as we had to wait over an hour and 15 min. I understand it gets busy but this was beyond ridiculous.

Went out for dinner Tuesday night and was very disappointed. Took a very long time to be greeted by our server. He was taking another tables order, but then proceeded to ring it in and grab them bread and salad before we even got a 'hello.' He was friendly once he finally got to us, but then the food quality became an issue. Caesar salad came out with barely any dressing and wilted lettuce. I barely wanted to eat after the gross lettuce and then my pizza came out RAW. I could literally stretch the dough. My wife ordered pasta with penne noodles, but it came out with linguine. The manager came over and was very nice. She agreed that the pizza was inedible and should not have been served.
I usually come to the South location because the East Side Mario's on Bayfield is horrible, but maybe it is not a location issue and instead a brand issue.
