  Just walked out of this Best Buy, was browsing refrigerators for 10mins no one came so I went to customer service they said they will page someone, waited 10 mins went back to customer service again another person said they will page someone waited another 10 mins and then left. Disappointing.

  Very disappointing experience with Best Buy Barrie. When purchasing a refrigerator, I paid extra for water line installation after specifically explaining that the water source was under the sink and that a dishwasher and stove were located between the sink and the fridge. I asked if this would be a problem and was assured that the installation could be completed without issue. After taking my payment, the experience went downhill. Nobody called before delivery as promised, and I had to follow up myself. On the installation day, the plumber missed the scheduled appointment window and later arrived hours late. After a brief look, he decided he did not want to do the work and left without completing the installation. I contacted Best Buy and was promised a follow-up call from both Best Buy and the plumbing company. Nobody ever called. When I returned to the store, I was simply told that they could not guarantee the installation and would refund the installation fee. They wasted several days of my time, failed to deliver a service they had already been paid for, and never even apologized. I would not recommend Best Buy Barrie if you value your time and expect companies to honor their commitments.
