  Went here and went to the mobile department to ask about a pre order for a phone and to upgrade, they said they could not process the pre order in store and told me to do it online. I had gone in knowing what i wanted to do as and what deals were in and they had no idea what was going on as the employee was more interested in texting ..I left and went to the newmarket location where they helped me and took the time to explain everything to me and processed the pre order.

  Great place for tech, not many worthwhile discounts though. I usually like to support smaller electronic businesses but warranty here is great on most products.

  I am pretty much done with purchasing my electronics from BB. I normally get most from them but forget it. I will now shop at Costco for my electronics cause BB apparent "no hassle" return policy is trash. They treat you like you have a criminal record and stole it from their home...even tho you bought it from their store, have the receipt, are within the 30 days and you haven't even opened it. It's unbelievable how they act and its not just one employee. I don't expect them to let me return in 90 days like Costco but dont treat me like I have done something wrong when I bring an item back and sit there and expect a closed and sealed box for a long extended time and that you can literally see thru the plastic that the safety seal is still there unbroken!!! And on top of the extra hassle customer service they will charge you a restocking fee if you do open certain items. So needless to say I went and bought the item at Costco and my friend is in the market for a 75 inch TV and I told her to forget BB and go straight to Costco. I used to work in customer service so I know how important it is. Either change your policy to say "extra hassle returns" or follow you own policies!
