  Herley is the best advisor, team lead and she is deserved to be promoted to the store manager. The way she serves the customers is very professional, calm and try all her best to make the customers be satisfied with everything. I have been knowing her since she was from the Newmarket location and doesn't matter where she works, she is always the best person!

  I had a really great experience at 20 Buy Aurora. Special thanks to Mori for the excellent management and honest guidance throughout the whole process. The staff in both the mobile and internet departments were also incredibly friendly and helpful. Thanks to their advice, I made an amazing deal. I traded in my phone and got a MacBook, and unbelievably I even received around $400 in credit during the transaction. I honestly didn’t expect such a good offer. What impressed me even more was the after-sales service. I went back several times after my purchase, and every time they were patient, professional, and supportive. The store has a calm and comfortable atmosphere, which makes the experience much better compared to crowded locations.
