  Golf town Ancaster saved the day! My car was stolen with my clubs in the back but I had a 3 day golf trip to Michigan so on route I called Domenic who put me on to Adam who found me a trade in set of irons they set me up with to hit the courses for a mini golf trip. I brought the irons back after 3 days and will use golf town to replace my stolen set. Thanks golf town you saved the day! Amazing customer service to help someone in need… that’s why I’m a leaderboard member and most of my golf buying through you! Fore…..

  Special Order Driver was handled for my sons birthday by Michelle ,the golftown manager at Ancaster. She is very professional and can-do, lots of energy. I would hire her in my medical prcatice tomorrow. I hope The company looks after her . Thx Michelle!!! Michal H Barry MD

  Dropped my clubs off 5 days ago for new grips. Had today (Thursday July 30th 2026) as the pick up. Go there to get my clubs, the young fella goes to the back and brings out my clubs that haven’t been touched yet. Now they’re scrambling to work at them to get them done. I’m hoping all is good and they weren’t rushed. Sadly wasn’t offered anything in compensation, not anything off what I already paid, not a box of balls… Nothing! Is this normal treatment of customers that paid their bill 5 days in advance??? Just say sorry, oh well and then rush to get things done? I’m obviously not impressed, they could have compensated me with something small to just make it right.
