  I had the privilege of speaking with Cory. He approached me to offer help with choosing a portable air conditioner. Cory was incredibly knowledgeable of how they work, and how the Best Buy models compare. He seemed like a smart guy in general. He helped me make a much more informed decision. Madhu was also very helpful. I left my payment cards at home. I only had Apple Pay, but the value of my purchase exceeded the tap limit. He helped me find an alternative way to pay without having to return to the store.

  Had a great experience upgrading my iPhone today with Bhargavi. The phone kiosk made it so easy to review my options, test out the models and go over the pricing without feeling any pressure. I also appreciated that you can sit down during it! Bhargavi was super friendly, efficient and helped me do the data transfer from my old phone to my new one.

  Walked into the store ready to buy a Garmin smart watch for my nephew's birthday. I asked a simple question the instinct about if it works with his Samsung and can play music on it. The guy I asked gave me some non-answer about how the watch has many features listed on the box. Then another employee came up and whispered something to him in another language before he shrugged and told me 'maybe try online'. Unbelievable, I was ready to buy then and there and just wanted to confirm a bit of information before making the purchase. Don't waste your time here with their rude service and dismissive attitude.

  I signed up for a membership with them, but my experience has been frustrating. Whenever I request a specific service, they confirm it and book me an appointment. However, a day before the appointment, they call to cancel, saying the person who was supposed to provide the service is not available. This has happened more than once, and it feels very unprofessional and unreliable
