  Over a year ago, we met Emmanuel at the Burlington location and have followed him to Ancaster, even though we live in Oakville. Emmanuel has been beyond helpful to our family. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and always ready to help. If you want to speak to someone at Best Buy who is informative, communicates well, and is honest, Emmanuel is the person to seek out!!

  I have a had fantastic customer service at this store! The staff are super knowledgeable and helpful, and very understanding of someone who doesn't know much about technology. I unfortunately had my laptop that I've had for 7 years just break down this summer, and I wasn't quite sure what to look for as a replacement. When I visited the first time to inquire about different laptops, Hamza gave me some great advice that helped me in my search for a new computer, and explained everything in a very clear way that I appreciated! Today, I came back to ask some final questions and make my decision on a new laptop, and Meghan was super nice and once again very understanding, explaining everything very clearly regarding the different processors and what type would be ideal for me! Overall, I am so happy with the service I have received here and with my new computer! I want everyone here to know they are doing an amazing job at least in my experience. 😊

  My daughter and I bought a computer and printer at Best Buy today. One of the sales people named Michael went above and beyond to help us. He was professional, knowledgable, patient, kind and so very helpful!

  Amazing experience buying a TV from this location! Great to actually go somewhere where they have a knowledge of their products. Canon was great, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks so much!
