There was a problem with the payment but it got solved very quickly. I really appreciate her kindness and effort in helping me find what I needed!

  when we came to pick up our TV we were met with the person who right away helped us help us to the car with the TV and help us put it in the car it wasn't easy but she was an integral part of the getting it done and I appreciate it because many other places just sort of give you the TV and walk away this was excellent service I will definitely be purchasing my electronics from here from now on

  I purchased a 5-piece appliance package (stove, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer) from the Best Buy Ancaster location on August 20. Delivery was scheduled and confirmed for August 29. Despite calling the delivery department more than 4 times in the days leading up to the delivery, I was given a vague 6am–7pm window — already a red flag. I stayed home and waited all day. Nobody showed up, and no one called to explain or reschedule. I wasted 9 hours of my day for absolutely nothing. In the end, I had no choice but to cancel the entire order and get a refund. The appliances themselves may be fine — this isn't about Best Buy's product selection — but the delivery service was a complete failure. Confirmed appointments should mean something. You can refund my money, but you can't refund the time I lost. If you're buying large appliances, I'd think twice about relying on Best Buy's delivery logistics.
