  Worst service, unfortunately. I was booked at this hotel as part of a company event. Upon check-in, I was told that my room was not ready, but I was asked to pay an early check-in fee for arriving just 1 hour and 30 minutes before the standard 3:00 PM check-in time, if I want a room. Then, some other people came afterwards, and they were told their rooms are ready, but the hotel policy is to pay early check-in fee. At most hotels, when a room is available and ready, Especially when it’s a night or two for a corporate big event, staff will often accommodate an early arrival ( 1hour or 2 hours before the standard check-in time) as a courtesy. Here, despite the room being ready, they insisted on charging an additional fee. To make matters worse, the lobby had an unpleasant smell, and the power was out for an extended period. The restaurant was closed, and there was no communication or alternative solution offered. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially considering the expectations associated with a hotel hosting corporate events. I would not recommend staying here based on the service I received.

  Clean room, great breakfast and friendly staff. Hot tub was out of service but pool was great. Room could do with some updating. Some of their rooms are located outside the main building. We were in the main building so I think I would have been disappointed if I got there and was placed in those external rooms.

  Just a great experience at this motel.Check in was quick and easy, and staff were so friendly and helpful! The gentleman at the desk was so pleasant (wish I could give him a shout out but forgot to check his name...) He later immediately responded to our request for help with our TV and was so cheerful and helpful in every interaction! Rooms were very comfortable and clean and the kitchenette was an added bonus. The shower was lovely and the beds so comfortable; it was great to have a laundry room available to wash blankets and clothes after a wet day in the rain; but the best thing was the excellent included breakfast! When we requested info about gluten free items, we expected a quick review of what was safe for us to eat. What we got was SO much more! The gentleman (again, forgot to check his name but desk staff thought it might be Keith?) went totally above and beyond, getting us panfried home fries, separately packaged blueberry muffins, gluten free toast, and even gf French toast whipped up by the chef! It was absolutely the best breakfast I've had at a hotel, gf or otherwise! He did not hesitate.to accommodate us, and did so quickly and pleasantly even delivering it directly to our table! Such great service is not the norm these days, and we will most definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!

  Had the opportunity to stay at Best Western Glengarry Hotel during ANCOM. The hotel is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The meeting and event spaces are large, making it a great venue for conferences and gatherings. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and a convenient location. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays in Truro!

  Wow service clientèle incroyable on a pas compris une phrase en anglais et il a tout fait pour qu’on comprend la phrase en français juste pour sa sa vaux de l’or , 180$ grande chambre propre lit douillet eau chaude avec une bonne pression , déjeuner inclus mais nous y avons pas été ,vraiment rien à dire a part que j’y retournerai si je revoyage dans le secteur ;)
