  Our experience at East Side Mario's was the best . The food was fresh and hot. The service was quick. Our server Madi gave great advice on the menu, the restaurant was very clean . We will be back. Thank you for the great service Madi.

  The fettuccine Alfredo with chicken was wonderful. Maybe could have been a little more chicken added but still tasted great and good portion size. Also the Caeser salad was pretty good. Our waitress was very friendly and we tecfi good service from her. The restaurant was clean and we enjoyed our time here for supper.

  Ate here the other day it was a very good experience. Server was Peyton and she was very polite and kind. Food was great, service was great, all around great experience I will be back

  We had the sweetest server today, her name is maya, she’s got the best character I’ve seen in a server in a long time, food was warm and was out right as we finished out salads, I feel like I could talk to her all day. She deserves to know she’s doing absolutely phenomenal 🫶🏻

  First of all, entering from the mall entrance is a no-no. After standing for 10 minutes they ushered us to the back of the line at the front door. The soup and salad were fine but the entrées came out luke warm. The service seemed slow all around. It was Tuesday night and only 3/4 full. Plus it's a small thing but perhaps change your tap signs. If you don't sell Rickards Red you shouldn't display the sign. Not alot of Cape Breton hospitality in this restaurant.
