  Absolutely brutal automated service. Don’t even try calling the store because you get overseas person and a call center. Nothing but BS trying to call local Best Buy

  Stupid staff here. Came here to buy phone and a girl whose name i remember was jasleen was using airpods and did not even answer my inquiry. After asking her again she just redirected me to some other guy without even answering my question. If you just want to give attitude to customers and do not even want to help them then there is no point of doing the job. I hope the management look into this.

  It was a terrible experience. I bought a phone on bring it back option 2yrs ago and I was not even given the correct information. The girl told me that if you buy the protection you are going to get a replacement device if something happens to my device. She never told me that we have to pay a claim fee. My phone broke down then I got to know about some things. Now after two years when i went there to return the phone as per the contract they said it has to be done by the bell. I went there and they said the IMEI number does not match, I said yes because they sent me the replacement device, and they said phone does not have protection on it, so they can’t change IMEI number. I said I was paying for protection every single month. And guess what, they said it was not the protection they accept. Now, neither bell nor best buy are helping us out. Best buy just want to sell their stupid protection plan thing. At least give us freaking full information that would happen.

  When you try go call it goes to a useless automated computer who is no help. Can’t get on the phone with a human. 0/10 stars
