  Caryn was a great server. Quick, efficient and social. We are tourists and she gave great advice on where to visit while we were here. The food was pretty good, fresh and high quality. They have a great variety of flavours and food options. Overall, the atmosphere was very family-like and had a relatively calm atmosphere.

  Caryn was an absolute awesome server. Very in tune with her customers and right there to check on them, not just once or twice either. Very friendly and professional. Always had a smile on her face. Food was good but the taste isn’t the same as it normally is. Must be a new cook in the kitchen but it was still good.

  We had the best experience tonight with our waitress Stephanie! She was so helpful and accommodating and kind! Our drinks were always full, and we truly got unlimited soup and salad and bread because she came to our table often! Thanks for a great dinner!

  Eastside is my kids favorite restaurant! Our most recent trip this week, we were served by Caryn who was phenomenal. She was very patient with my children practicing ordering by themselves, and her attentiveness was first class. She even noticed my oldest picking the croutons out of my Caesar salad to munch on, and was thoughtful enough to bring them a tiny dish of their very own croutons. Her patience and hospitality were unmatched. Food was good as it always is. It was a busy evening but she was around to check on us frequently and we never felt rushed or forgotten. I did have sort of an off-putting experience when we first walked in, as the hostess didnt make any eye contact or even greet us, other than to ask how many people, but I chalk that up to a young person learning the ropes at a new job. Thankfully we were served by Caryn who made us all feel taken care of and seen. And of course, Alfredo the robot waiter is always a big hit. Looking forward to the next time!

  Caryn was our server on a busy kids eat free Tuesday. She excelled with the commotion, kept us topped up with the all-you-can-eats, and gave attention to the kiddo while also checking in with me first on his choices. Superb service ! The water has a little strange algae taste to it, it wasn’t like that on our last visit. And veggies were slim on my main. The gentleman who seated us came out from nowhere without a logo I wasn’t sure he worked there but followed anyway lol. I think things are better and more personal on less busy days overall solid.
