  Had a great experience at East Side Mario’s! There are lots of vegetarian options, and I especially loved the Cheesy Spinach Dip. What made the visit even better was Caryn’s outstanding customer service. She checked on us regularly, made sure everything was good, and helped me choose vegetarian options with complete transparency. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about our experience. Thank you, Caryn, for the excellent service. We will definitely be back! 😊

  We had Caryn as a server and I gotta say, hands down - she is the best! Service was crazy quick and painless for me and my two daughters! Very personable and a saint to deal with! Thank you so much! :)

  Place was crowded and loud. Im not really a pasta person and they seem to use pesto and tomato sauce on everything. I ended up getting the spinach dip but ran out of bread before the dip was gone. Staff was great. The prices are kinda high but its expected. The parm chicken wings were good.

  My friend and I went for an early dinner today and were very pleasantly served by Stephani. This is my 2nd or 3rd time having her as my server. She made the entire experience amazing. She was so incredibly sweet and kind as well as super attentive and efficient. Her service was a 100/10 and I hope to always have her as my server at ESM. Her level of service was honestly fine dining equivalent. As a server, I genuinely left the experience hoping I can give that type of service to customers as she did for us. Give this woman a raise!!!

  This is one of favourite restaurant in Halifax so far. The service is really nice, the food is next level we had kids they knew how to entertain them so good by giving them activity pages and a whole kids menu!! Last but not least the atmosphere it felt that we were in actual restaurant in Italy 🇮🇹 really really nice 👍
