  Jacob was amazing. He fixed two IT problems I was facing that others had found too difficult and came up with great solutions that saved me money…then with a bit more time worked out how to save me even more money. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!

  Worst experience ever. They give highly false product information and when customer gets any issue , the customer reps become so rude and arrogant. Especially a customer service rep named Ashfak seriously needs to learn some etiquettes and stop talking to customers in such a rude and derogatory tone as if he owns the store. His attitude is just unacceptable.This makes me believe that Best buy in Mumford Shopping Center is the worst of all.
