  Brutal, staff aren’t very helpful even though they follow you around, they never have stock of products. Very expensive. Multiple times I’ve purchased items that don’t work but they have been good with taking returns.

  Very bad experience, sells persons are not friendly not even the customer services on phone, purchased a phone from them which was they told me that was mistakenly opened box by their seller, and device was intact , and luckily i told seller to insert my sim and start device and i found out that device charge was 0” percentage, that mean device was used before.. they hide this important information and returned that ph and they said that it will be removed my carrier account but on the next day it was not and i called best buy to get update customer services was rude and reluctant and the way he treats me seems like entirely its my duty to solve this thing with carrier.. but i am totally disappointed with their services. I will definitely not go to this store anymore and also i will tell my community to avoid that particular store at least.
