  Friendly greeting and thats only good thing. Lied to and had my time wasted for a battery repair. Worst ever experience in the 14 years ive had apple.

  Tried to replace my iPad Pro, by appointment only I was told. Why do I have an Apple business account? I was told rudely it didn’t matter. So I should buy my Apple product else where. Last time I ever visit this Apple location.

  I have never been treated as badly by any company as I have by the employees of this store. I explained to them that I wanted to buy a watch but only for two specific apps associated with the watch. I explained that I had a medical reason for not wanting my arm "buzzed" due to inactivity, and that the only 2 apps that I wanted were the sleep app and EKG app. I told everyone who spoke to me the same things. It turned out that (after buying the watch) if you have the sleep and EKG apps, you would no longer receive audible alerts from messages on your phone and if you wanted the alerts, you could not use the sleep and EKG apps. I would not have bought the watch if I had known about losing the audible alerts. I also had other new technical problems with my phone and computer. I took the watch back, and had the watch and phone unpaired. I had to go back a second time to have the unpairing done again. I finally had all of the technical issues due to the watch settled. There were a few other issues that the staff told me could not be done, but when I contacted 1 800 My Apple, they resolved those issues for me. Why could not the store help with that instead of telling me it could not be done? I generally found that the staff had not enough knowledge to help anyone. I certainly did not appreciate one of the staff members saying to me that I did not know how to use a computer, but that I did know how to spend money, or words to that effect. I explained that the money came from an inheritance, and was told, "That means someone died!'. Neither one of those two statements were professional or called for. I also find it unprofessional for at least 2 of the female employees to have fingernails about 3 inches long. It must make it very difficult for them to deal with the small buttons on the watches and other devices. I believe that because this is the only Apple store for all of Atlantic Canada, that the employees feel that they have a monopoly on the Apple products and therefore no reason to treat their clients with dignity or respect. Perhaps a little competition would help. I would have give a "0" star review, but that is not possible.
