  I had an excellent experience today at the Best Buy Express, thanks to Quintin. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while assisting me with setting up my home Wi-Fi plan. I had previously tried to handle everything directly through Bell, but the process over the phone was frustrating and unhelpful. Working with Quintin in-store was a completely different experience - he made everything simple, clear, and efficient. He took the time to walk me through my options, made sure I understood everything, and even helped me find ways to save money on my plan. What really stood out was his positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything was set up properly. It felt like he genuinely cared about helping rather than just making a sale. I highly recommend asking for Quintin if you visit! He made what could have been a stressful process easy and enjoyable.

  My partner and I were not happy with our phone provider so decided to go to The Source to switch providers. The customer service we received was above and beyond anything we have ever encountered. Not only did we save money but happened to be there on a day that they were offering a promotion. We not only now have phones that work but walked away with a bag of free product. I highly recommend this store and I can't even find words to describe the staff. Five stars is my only option but all the stars 🌟 wouldn't be enough.

  My mother was having issues with her Cellphone not receiving some texts and pictures. And she really didn't want a new phone. But we were prepared to go that route if needed. When we went in we were greeted quickly by Rad Steeves, explained our situation and within 2 minutes he figured out the issue and my mother was super happy she didn't have to learn how to use a new phone. Great job Rad!!!! and Thank you Source Elmsdale for being fast, friendly and conveniently located in our community.
