  Just had a great experience here at Best Buy Express. Met with Husain to buy a switch 2 and at the same time he went over offers on our phone plan. Ended up walking out with a lower price on our current existing Bell plan plus extras. Was pleasantly surprised. Sometimes it's worth it to not be in a rush and take the time to listen to the people that know. Appreciated the time and Advice. Thank you Husain.

  Mr Brooks is my go to guy for all cell phone needs!!!! I’ve have personally followed him from store to store every time my contract is up for renewal. He is efficient, kind, and goes above and beyond to help our family’s complicated tech needs. Bestbuy is lucky to have him as an employee and I highly recommend seeking him out!

  I had a great experience here! I went in for something small, but thanks to the employee Mr. V. Philendra, I walked out with exactly what I needed and more! He was clear and thorough when helping me with one of their deals, as well as very upfront with what my next internet bill will come out to before the new lower-priced bundle! The best part was how easy it was to talk to him! As an introvert, I absolutely can't stand when people insist on trying to make me accept help, but he was very human and less corporate-robot about everything, and it made my whole day brighten up! I hope he gets a good wage!
